I need to give this company a 1 as…

I need to give this company a 1 as their art books are good cost for what you receive. However, when I received both books, many of the pages are turned other ways. Ways I did not place in the finished book. The last one the front cover art is turned sideways. I have tried contacting them a couple of times via email as they do not have phone number listed. Just so you know, if you happen to order a book from this company, you may not get what you asked for and it is futile trying to contact anyone to have their errors corrected as they do not respond to you.
