My installation of full fibre 500 KCom

My installation of full fibre 500 by KCom went smoothly & efficiently. The 2 installers were polite, informative & cleared up after themselves. Inspite of digging a channel across the garden gravel, grass & block paving, you could hardly tell it had happened. It’s a very narrow channel & they put back to restore original as much as possible. Even shoes were taken off inside!
The speeds exceeded the promises & I am delighted with the result. Thank you 😄

Just had full fibre installed

Just had full fibre installed. Blake and Ellis were brilliant and did an excellent job, very clean and tidy explaining everything they were doing all along. They had to take up the block paving outside but they replaced it back perfectly. Good job well done.

Professional from the beginning

Professional from the beginning with all options clearly outlined. Did not feel under any pressure at any time and the engineer who installed the WiFi was timely, efficient and professional throughout.

Matt &Jake arrived early in the time…

Matt &Jake arrived early in the time window which was appreciated, clean and tidy with conscientious approach to tidying up afterwards, I didn’t need to request shoes off.
The only way I could have scored higher was if the company could have arranged a quicker appointment.

For non tech savvy people this was easy peasy. Join now!

Neither my wife and i are tech savvy so wasn't sure how to arrange broadband and streaming t.v channels. Simon,was in our area and gave us some info and explained how easy it was to set up. We where going away on holiday and we asked if he could call back on our return which he did. He organised everything over the telephone with kcom,he was extremely patient and polite and explained everything in easy to understand language. We knew we where in safe hands and so far are happy with our choices. The person on the telephone was also very proffesional and had a great telephone manner making the whole process very relaxed and easy to understand the t&c's.All in all a positive experience,and very pleased we joined up.
