Absolutely awful. If I could give no stars I would. Have been trying to contact this company for a week, email x 4, Instagram, Facebook and no response. I want to make a return and they simply cannot be bothered to reply. Yet they can post on social media to try and get sales. No way to call them so I am stuck waiting as the only way to return is to email!! Seen other people saying the same. Avoid at all costs
Ordered 3 headbands, delivery said 5-7 days. It’s been 17 days so far and still haven’t received them. Had an email to say one of them was out of stock so would I like a refund for that one, I replied to say yes and haven’t heard anything back since or received the other two. Would not recommend this site.
Ordered and paid for x2 headbands and postage £12.98. Received a text to say they were out of stock so to pick others or request refund. Refund requested. Refund returned to my account within a couple of days however only £9.99. They did not refund the postage even though nothing was posted!
I really love these. I bought my first band and loved it so much I bought two more. I realised one came with a hole in it from loose stitching which is disappointing as it costs £10 but I still love the look of them.
