Avoid,

We purchase a tv stand, thinking we would get better quality than ikea.

Description states the product is 85% mdf and 15% oak veneer.

Product is chipboard, not mdf, cheaper to go ikea for that quality of product.

Raised a complaint and the lady states mdf is chipboard, therefore not false advertising 🙄

Although the design and quality is fantastic, I find the delivery service absolutely atrocious. In the first delivery we got everything done except for the nuvira lamp (orderd two, got only one). I thought it's just a simple mistake, reported a claim and got it delivered after approx two weeks. Now we orderd two sets of coaster and got again only one delivered. I have just submitted a claim but I find it absolutely terrible as it seems to be a pattern at this stage. I assume we will have to fill out a form AGAIN and wait for the second delivery AGAIN. I don't see any point in buying from kave at this stage.

1 Order, 3 different deliveries: chairs were well packed and looked as expected but table was delivered totally damaged with a multiply broken tabletop - we have to return it/ claim refund now - not waht we expected

Disappointed in extreme delay in delivery. Nearly two months behind schedule.

A good portfolio of nice furniture.
A little disappointing that they were not in stock so we had to have a delivery a few weeks later. We hoped we could bring our new lamps home directly.

i first had issues as the site wouldn’t allow me to enter my address but only my postcode,so i sent a message and it was rectified instantly ,great communication and get me jnformed ,i was extremely impressed

The sales person was excellent. The products are decent and reasonably well priced.

Very disappointed with service. Ordered a deck chair on 6th May, arrived today with a main bar of the wood broken completely rendering the chair unsafe to use. Really confusing complaints refund policy, unclear if and when I will get my money back. Item was expensive and I was shocked at the poor level of packaging.
However the team emailed me back quite quickly and offered a practical solution. Thought this part of the process was very good - would consider buying from again.

The manager of the store is indifferent and rude!!
We had placed an order more than 10.000€ we were assured that the delivery company would inform us about the delivery by sms!!!! Nothing of that happened and we are still trying to find out by ourselves when who and what to wait for delivery!!! CHAOS!!!
We contacted the store but of course the manager was once again rude and not useful!!! He only wanted the commission fron our purchase!!

The way the shop is decorated and organized. And also very nice and polite staff.

Love the collection! Sadly, overall delivery timelines are quite long. Especially for seasonal outdoor furniture, it often doesn’t make sense to wait this long - summer might be over before the furniture gets here.

The bed frame is very good overall and easy to assemble. Delivery was smooth , satisfied overall

We are super happy with Kave Home. Quality Price ratio is perfect, and the in-store service in Malaga shop is great. Elena in particular has helped us with designing our interior - she listened to all our wishes and came up with a great proposal. I highly recommend the store.
