I love your eshop. The only issue I had I was not able to find payments details once the payment was declined when orderingˇ

It’s a scam. They ship their products at much lower quality materials as displayed on their website. They don’t even match the colors. Then will ask you to pay for shipping original shipping costs + shipping it back even though it’s clearly their fault.

Very professional and pleasant experience

I had an awful experience with this company. My delivery was cancelled four separate times. On each occasion, I received multiple emails and text messages confirming that the item had arrived at the warehouse and was scheduled for delivery, only for the delivery to be cancelled on the actual day.

This went on for more than 10 days after the item first arrived at the warehouse. Customer service was completely unhelpful and only provided a generic email address for complaints. No manager or supervisor was available to speak with, despite my repeated requests. Even after escalating the issue through the complaints email, the delivery was cancelled twice more.

What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of a clear and transparent escalation process. There was no effective way to raise the issue with someone who could actually resolve it, and I was repeatedly directed back to the same generic contact channel. I was also unable to find any practical option to return the item and cancel the order despite the ongoing delivery failures.

The item still has not arrived. I have never experienced such poor service from a company. The entire process has been frustrating, unreliable, and stressful. Based on my experience, the company appears highly unprofessional and incapable of providing the level of service customers should reasonably expect. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company if they value reliable delivery, clear communication, and proper customer support.

We had such a good experience at Kave Home, Dijon, yesterday. Jules spent several hours with us and helped us pick out all the furniture we needed for our apartment. His aesthetics matched ours perfectly and his sense of design style was exactly suited to our taste. We just trusted him to do what he does best. He even plotted out our rooms on the computer so we could see it all in place. Jules was so kind and did not mind speaking English with us. We really like Kave's quality, design, and prices and their service is unbeatable. Ask for Jules when you go in.

Ease of purchase, product quality

We purchase a tv stand, thinking we would get better quality than ikea.

Description states the product is 85% mdf and 15% oak veneer.

Product is chipboard, not mdf, cheaper to go ikea for that quality of product.

Raised a complaint and the lady states mdf is chipboard, therefore not false advertising 🙄

Although the design and quality is fantastic, I find the delivery service absolutely atrocious. In the first delivery we got everything done except for the nuvira lamp (orderd two, got only one). I thought it's just a simple mistake, reported a claim and got it delivered after approx two weeks. Now we orderd two sets of coaster and got again only one delivered. I have just submitted a claim but I find it absolutely terrible as it seems to be a pattern at this stage. I assume we will have to fill out a form AGAIN and wait for the second delivery AGAIN. I don't see any point in buying from kave at this stage.

1 Order, 3 different deliveries: chairs were well packed and looked as expected but table was delivered totally damaged with a multiply broken tabletop - we have to return it/ claim refund now - not waht we expected

Disappointed in extreme delay in delivery. Nearly two months behind schedule.

A little disappointing that they were not in stock so we had to have a delivery a few weeks later. We hoped we could bring our new lamps home directly.

i first had issues as the site wouldn’t allow me to enter my address but only my postcode,so i sent a message and it was rectified instantly ,great communication and get me jnformed ,i was extremely impressed
