Dream Bag, Dream Packaging
About a month ago, I bought two Kate Spade bags and they came without any wrapping. I was quite upset. However, I just bought two more for Christmas presents and I am pleased to say they were wrapped and packaged to a very high standard. The price was also fantastic and I have restored all my faith in shopping at Kate Spade XXx

User friendly
It is easy to look up items one is interested in. It keeps the items in the cart even though I left them without checking out. And it allows to show different colors or styles of the same item without refreshing or loading a new page.

Lovely brand to order from!
Was my first time ordering from Kate Spade and has to be one of the best brands I’ve ordered from. Very smooth and quick delivery, items were amazing quality and packaged with care. I am still waiting for a response to my email via their website on gift wrapping/ gift bag for my items as I have purchased them as gifts for friends and family

the material is good, size is good, would be cool to have more than 1 pocket and longer zipper that would cover all the upper part so that there would be no holes. also if the side parts of the bag were firmer just like the bottom would be nice too. overall the bag is pretty

Nice experience
All good, shoes are great, size is good, delivery was fast (although not actually trying to deliver at home but directly taking the parcel to a parcel shop), great service overall.

Bad broken item handling
I had a broken bag
And it took a lot of time to get a similar replacement for the same price.
I ended up ordering a more expensive 1 and sending the original back.
