Kein Support für Probleme

Kein Support für Probleme.
The oven was devective after 3 weeks of use. This was still under warranty and no help was offered for the repair. I had to find a workshop in Italy and bring the oven from Graz to Udine to get it repaired. No support at all from kasastore as the seller of the product.
Thank you for nothing.

wir nehmen Ihre Bewertung zur Kenntnis, möchten jedoch einige wesentliche Punkte klarstellen, da sich Ihre Angaben im Verlauf geändert haben.

Die Bestellung stammt vom 11.06.2025 und wurde ordnungsgemäß abgewickelt. Die Ware wurde korrekt geliefert und entspricht den bestellten Spezifikationen.

Kasastore verkauft international, und es bestehen keine territorialen Verkaufsbeschränkungen.
Die Prüfung, ob ein Produkt im jeweiligen Bestimmungsland zugelassen und installierbar ist, liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden vor dem Kauf, da dies von lokalen Vorschriften abhängt.

Bezüglich des von Ihnen genannten Defekts gilt:
Garantieansprüche werden gemäß den Herstellervorgaben über das autorisierte Servicenetz des Herstellers (AEG) im jeweiligen Land abgewickelt.
Als Händler führen wir keine direkten Reparaturen durch und haben Sie entsprechend an den zuständigen Herstellerservice verwiesen.

Die Entscheidung, das Gerät persönlich nach Italien zu bringen, erfolgte eigenständig und war weder erforderlich noch von uns gefordert. In solchen Fällen ist grundsätzlich der autorisierte Kundendienst im Installationsland zuständig.

Ihre Rücksendeanfrage wurde zudem mehrere Monate nach der Lieferung gestellt und liegt somit außerhalb der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist, weshalb eine Rücknahme nicht möglich ist.

Es handelt sich daher nicht um fehlenden Support, sondern um die korrekte Anwendung der Verkaufs- und Garantiebedingungen.

I do not recommend this site

I do not recommend this site. They lure people with low prices, but there is no customer service. I ordered a ceiling hood from Elica, which was supposed to be delivered in 10-15 working days. The shipment was scheduled for 6.2. I inquired by email whether they would send it on time, "of course" today it was moved to 13.2.Sent 6 emails requesting cancellation of order. After two days an email was automatically generated. Communication at freezing point. Orders from the e-shop still not cancelled.I have a feeling I'll never see my money again.scammers.scammers.scammers….

They vanished

I have to say, I have never had any issues with any online shop in my 47 years. They sold me an Elica hood that arrived with a bent corner due to a massive hit to the box, and I’m not sure if they sold it to me knowing it was faulty, because something peculiar happened. When I bought it, the price seemed cheaper than some other stores, so I went ahead and made the purchase. A few days later, the price went up by almost 100 euros. I dare to say it was cheaper because it was faulty, and nothing about this was mentioned on the website or anywhere else.

When I received the product, the delivery guy seemed in a rush, and he didn't let the renovation guys check the item properly. One of them signed a paper stating that the box was not inspected. The day after, I tried to contact the shipping company, but they wouldn't pick up the phone, so I sent an email to the claims department of Kasastore. A couple of weeks later, I still haven't heard from them. I sent another email, using the same address I used previously for some shipping questions to which they had replied, but I know they won't respond and don't care at all.

I am truly disheartened by this experience and urge anyone to refrain from buying from this company.

I am open to modify and update this review if they ever get back to me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They illegally refuse to accept returns from outside the EU even though they are a UK based company. They even tried to send me mis-information about my rights as a consumer in the UK. This company is just a bunch of Italian gangsters. Do not us!!

WARNING - DO NOT BUY

One star is one too many for this company! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! I almost never write online reviews, BUT this time I could not not post one - you are advised! DO NOT BUY from Kasastore.com —- no customer service NONE! I received a VERY expensive Elica induction/extractor from these crooks with a completely shattered glass top - after trying to reach out via email, phone (no one ever answers btw), messaging … probably 50 times …. they basically said in one short sentence - your problem. Never heard back again.

…stating it again, DO NOT BUY! Absolutely dishonest if legal, seller!

Do not engage with this company - they are fraudulant!

This company does not even deserve one star. I ordered a hob from them on the 16th of November, it had a dispatch date of the 13th of December and was due to be delivered with 5-7 working days. On the 19th of December I got an email to say there would be no hob available until after the end of January. How they could not tell me that after I ordered it I do not know!!

Uncertified Product delivered

I ordered a SMEG CX68MF8-2 Oven. It was delivered, I asked the certified handyman to install it and found out that A) a piece is missing and B) the product is not certified for Germany. I am furious. I bought the product on the German webpage, to be sent to Germany and it is not certified to be used in Germany. After contacting SMEG directly this was confirmed. I sent a message to the customer service, no reply. I sent a second one, no reply. I will take legal measurements now. Illegal actions as of selling uncertified products (deliberately customer misleading) and delivering an uncertified product into Germany. Really angry!

Really, really bad service

I ordered a sink from this company. The company used out of date images of the sink, but deny this - except I have the manufacturers current brochure, showing the latest image. They then could not fulfill the order (after 1 month), so offered a satisfactory replacement, which was based on their inaccurate original photo. When it arrived it was the wrong product for our kitchen layout, but this company denied that the original picture was wrong despite the evidence, refused to arrange to have the product collected, and constantly argued about all aspects of the order, until the free return period had passed, and then simply said "you are too late". Rude, unco-operative, unwilling to accept mistakes (on either part). This is the first time I have ever had to put such a review, but it is fully deserved. No doubt they will reply with yet another argument!

The item I bought is already more than a month late.
Customer service doesnot respond to my emails or chat.
I have no tracking information or anything like that.
It could be a scam website or just a terrible profesional.
