This is just stupid.. Great products, but I ordered the wrong size and now there's been no reply from their customer service in more than a week. And the order refers to a prepaid label in the package, which was nowhere to be found.

made order zero reply from customer service at all and tried reaching them via their website and twitter.
I now can't log into my account on their webpage as it is saying my email is not recognized.
Scam, I don't know how they are still operating!

I purchased shoes and a tshirt. 3 months and no delivery.

I have asked multiple times but they will not provide a tracking number. They offered to refund me 40% of the purchase price when I have received 0% of my purchase. It is the worst customer services I have EVER experienced with no exaggeration.

Shocking! Do not buy from their online store. Shoes are great so if you want some get them from a local retailer.

3 months and no sneakers. I'm not sure if this is a straight up scam or just the worst customer service I've ever experienced. AVOID

Same as others have stated. Two weeks (plus) to get the shoes. Same size as other karhu shoes but were too small. Now paying the restocking fee. Customer service nonexistent. You have to request the return label their site says they provide.

Great shoes, abysmal service!
Received wrong item twice, customer service was abrupt verging on rude. I had to pay for my return despite their mistake - they finally provided a label for 1 of 2 mistakes.
Such a terrible and costly experience.
Truly hope they get their act together as if it weren't for the beyond terrible service, the shoes are pretty good.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s been over a month and still have not been issued my return for $100+ dollar shoes! Terrible customer service that leads you no where even when you promptly return their merchandise.

I should have read Trustpilot before ordering… a genuine scam… No general conditions in their website, you sign you accepted it after having put all your payment details…. No retractation right since they charge you 5 euros of fees if you return, which is illegal. No mention on their website of their headquarter address, commercial registry.. all this is not in line with EU regulation.
In light of the above, of course the customer service has only the name but clearly not the mission to be one. Such a pity for a good sport brand.. Does not lead by the example

I agree with the other reviewer, BUYER BEWARE! their return policy is a sham. They sent me the wrong size and would not accept fault for it. Unbelievable! NEVER ordering from them again.

Too tight about their already poor return policy. Contacted a few day too late for a swap in size, but tough luck. Strange business decision, as we will not return and the shoes will not walk about advertising the product...
