Karaters is as legit as they come. I purchased a tennis bracelet from them. After making the purchase I had doubts on how the legit they were. The owner contacted me directly to ensure everything is legit. He even FaceTimed me to show me the actual bracelet that I purchased. It was mid production and he still showed me absolutely everything there is to see as well as teaching me a bit about the process. When I received the bracelet (2 days later) I was absolutely blown away. It is high quality beyond belief. There online photos do no justice to how absolutely beautiful the bracelet is. They forsure earned my bussiness for life. Thank you Karaters for an amazing experience.

I am so obsessed with my ring Joe The Jeweler is the one who served me and he has the best Customer Service you could ever imagine. I got exactly what I wanted and it was shipped to my home in a secure package. I’m getting my ring upgraded and I definitely had to come to them again, and in less than five minutes he Took all the information for the ring that I wanted and got things going thank you so much!!!!!
