Great company with a helpful customer service.

This company is so annoying and advise anyone that wants value for money to stay away.
I sold £1000 to Naira, After successful transaction. Naira is yet to be credited and customer service claims the system has not recognise my transfer? Is the beneficiary dead ? I paid a human being and yet I have been left hanging like Binance P2P where there is an appeal and your left alone to go sort out your issues.

What exactly is happening to payment solutions with bad customer service...

I had a struggle with the completion of my transaction because of a NIBSS technical issue.
This would normally be outside the remits of the Kaoshi Team, but they kept in contact with me and monitored the system until the issue was resolved, and informed me accordingly. This made me feel genuinely cared for. Kudos Kaoshi!

initially this app worked so well never had issue but the past transaction the bank connection is always down, or there is another issue and i cant get my money and i always have to contact cutomer service to resolve it

At first i wasn't familiar of the purpose of Kaoshi. But your support group was very helpful and with the help of one of them i managed to go throughout the process. It's not as complicated as it seemed at the beginning. I'm sure I'm going to be able to do it myself next time.
