They send you a product. You open the product and they Will not return your money for looking to see if it's the right product? Do not order from this scandalous company! Update. 1-27-21 they returned my money after I contacted the Better Business Bureau.

The Crytal 2 pen is junk. It doesn't perform as advertised (fake reviews too) and is way overpriced.
A cheap YoCan outperforms the Crystal 2. And Kandy will NOT answer the phone to discuss this because they know too. BUYER BEWARE!

Crystal 2 has zero pull even on the hottest setting. The unit gets really I mean burn like hot. My suggestion for the company is to maybe do some user testing before they roll out a new product.

Was the worst quality product I have ever received. I later found out this is a scam company, that builds the legal bare minimum product required and then doesn't allow reviews on any widely used public sites and has no real return policy. This is theft. Please be aware!

Worst purchase I have made in a long time. I believed the reviews, ugh.
By the time you can get anywhere near a decent hit after fighting with it forever it is so hot you can barely hold it near your lips. The top is constantly clogged, and the little scraper they give you is useless.
I was so excited to get this pen, and now just aggravated that I was ripped off by a scam company with bogus reviews.

My review will echo many of the sentiments already expressed. Worst pen ever is an understatement. I will try to be as succinct as possible. Device gets too hot before you can actually procure a decent rip and at that point the terps are all burned off anyway so it will not taste proper. The mouthpiece gets clogged constantly and if you soak it in alcohol the glass separates from the metal. I contacted Kandypens and they sent me a new atomizer, of course totally convinced that was the problem. It wasn't, the thing just sucks. Likely all the reviews online are bogus or from clueless newbs, they just have to be because no one in their right mind would call this a premium device that fetches over a 100$. I would take the Yocan, Sai, and especially the Divine Tribe V4 over the Crystal in a heartbeat. Once I saw that High Times had reviewed the Crystal I should have known better. Don't be fooled by the overwhelmingly positive reviews you will see online or the claims that the customer service is top notch, because honestly the reviews are fake and you shouldn't need to be contacting customer service if you buy a quality device. Stear clear of any Kandypens device, but especially the Crystal, you have been warned.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I went through 3 pens, returning and arguing. The first pen didn't work well and lost charges so fast that I returned it. The 2nd pen wouldn't charge; they kept telling me I couldn't return a used pen. After videoing what was happening, they senT me a 3rd that was "tested" by them before mailing. DIDN'T WORK!! I WASTED $99.

Requested to have a failed battery replaced. Sent into a circular discussion probably designed end in a relenting of the request. no resolution. Will not purchase again.

This is the worst device I ever had is a candy pen Crystal

I just got a Kandypen cape and am so disappointed!! I love my vessel vape pen & wanted to try the kandypen vape as it has the best ratings. It was twice as much as my vessel price wise & I wish I hadn't purchased it. The vessel vale feels good & is lightweight. The Kandypen is glass & heavy and clunky & I worry about breaking it. It's also a pain in the ass to charge with a screw in charger. My vessel just sits in the base I got & instantly charges.

These people are scammers. They say the Oura Kandypens has a lifetime warranty, but my atomizer broke and the manager said he could not help me!
I am shocked! I spent So much money on this, and it is now completely broken.

I've owned a Kandypen for about a year. Worked flawlessly until the other day. No matter what I did, the pen kept blinking 10 times. I contacted Kandypen customer service. Not only did they respond to my email within hours, they sent out a replacement the NEXT DAY.

AWESOME SERVICE!! In the age of Covid 19, most businesses customer service is sorely lacking. Long waits for responses etc. They were a breath of fresh air. Excellent work guys!!!!

I ordered a k vape pro in March 2019 only to receive a damaged product in September. I sent pictures immediately and they refused to take it back claiming they sending another. It's August 19 2020. I have no Kandy pen, no refund nothing. Just a painful devastating rip off. I believe you have a better chance dealing with 3rd parties than Kandy pen themselves. It's plain robbery with nothing you can do about it 😭😭😭😭. Their shipping trackers dont work n ive complained too much. No one cares. $100 gone. Hundreds of emails not responded to only after two months they might respond with another question that will take another 2 months for them to review. Please assist me. Am so devastated, emotionally, spiritually, physically! It's breaking getting robbed by huge successful companies

Prizm +, over $100 and a complete waste, Customer service is useless, junk 100%. at best is a $5 battery.

Purchased a new Kandypen Kvape Pro only to have it not work at all. Kandypens will not refund you your money. See fine print. They will exchange for another pen that also does not work. I spent two months trying theee different items all with the same outcome-the pens don’t produce vapor. No matter what I do no vapor. The pen just gets super hot. When I asked for a refund they said they will not refund me. They don’t ever refund anyone they said and they told me to review the terms of the sale. Sure enough they will not refund even if the item does not work. I have all the emails which will be available via blog here - (coming soon).

Purchased a Kandypens Oura about a month ago now. Out of the box it was defective. They had me ship it back to them. Told me nothing was wrong with it and they shipped it back. Beware these people will steal your money and won't honor their so called "Lifetime" warranty.

Worst customer service, received a defective Oura, returned it and they sent me back an atomizer and kept my base. Four months trying to get it fixed and I feel like I’ve been scammed. Out my money and shipping costs with nothing to show for my $400. No customer service available by phone, only email and it’s slow. Wish I had bought anything but a Kandypen

I bought one of their pens on July 1st, received on the 8th, worked maybe three times before it just started blinking. Followed troubleshooting from their website. Contacted support on the 10th(email since no phone support) it's the 27th still have not recieved a refund or a replacement.
I understand they got problems with the virus, still if they can sell their products they should be able to do better support.

I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give less. No support from Kandypens when Miva 2 started breaking 7 days after purchase (with other breakages at different times since then). Kandypens refuses to refund me for their defective product. My options are to have the same product replaced (no value as other arrangements made and no longer needed as have been 21 days or so without a unit at this point) or was offered a trade for a different model of a Kandypens vapes that costs $20 less, and Kandypens proposes nothing for the money I would be losing!
I chose Kandypens due to positive reviews, but my experience has been frustrating and I will not purchase any of their products again. I also question those wonderful customer support reviews I read, unsure actually from customers with verifiable purchases, because my experience does not fit at all with what I read before my purchase). I'm left with the impression that customers don't matter to Kandypens in the long run, and nothing has been provided to me to persuade me otherwise. Please consider not purchasing from Kandypens as there are other companies who will stand behind their product; however, Kandypens is not one of those companies.
I rarely give reviews; the service has to be excellent or pretty bad before I take this step. I prefer to keep my digital footprint almost nonexistent, and chose to make my experience public, at the cost of my anonymity, so someone else may be able to avoid the same thing happening to them.

Would do 0. Card got compromised from site. Donnie gibson, obviously a relative of ceo by his entitlement berated and trashed me when I asked what could be done, even going as far to send me links to victim abuse sites. Literal harassment from staff, broken cheap pen, and stolen info. So yeah, stay away
