At the start of the journey for looking for a finance deal and a car Kandoo car credit were spot on very helpful, keen to help etc. once the finance was sorted and they found a car for me, come to organising collection turned into a nightmare, couldn’t get them on the phone, left numerous messages, got passed from pillar to post, told them from the minute they found the car I wanted to collect it on Sunday morning, due to my old car going, had to really push hard for them to complete the deal or I would have cancelled it, they did finally come through but it shouldn’t have taken the hassle it did. If they performed how they did at the start it would have been 5* but now 2*

Im stuck with a car which is undrinkable due to being tricked into taking it and noone wants to do anything to help me i keep calling and trusting what you tell me only your promises haven't been kept and im stuck in the middle of nowhere with a car I've got to pay double the price for and I can't use it so no trust is rapidly disappearing

I make the fatal mistake of browsing through their website, I've since received so many phone calls that I would call it harassment. I blocked one number and they called me on another, again and again.
