I had a free blood pressure check done here today. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This will now be my first choice pharmacy to use. It was lovely and cool inside and free parking right outside is a real bonus.

Great customer service. Everyone in the Mitcham pharmacy is polite and friendly and very good in remembering repeat customers.

I’m depend on insulin to control my diabetes. Twice they have runout of kwikPen needles, but they didn’t inform me nor the doctors. Their response was we are unable get the needles from the supplier, yet their branch in Broadfield have eight in stock. Now they have no insulin in stock and this time they insist that they delivered the insulin last Friday. I only ordered the insulin on Thursday last week. They are now suggesting that I should ring around and check their other branches. Without transport I can’t get my medications . How can we rely on pharmacies like Kamsons.

Missing medication again, after waiting the box standard 20/30 minutes because the prescriptions are never made up even if you wait a week after putting in the script it won’t be done I was told to return the next day(Friday) so I waited until Monday, she couldn’t find my prescription (insulin) and then started serving others, I am going to have to return today Tuesday. So in total you have had my prescription over a week now and this will be the third time I have to visit the shop, this happens so regularly it is a joke in my house, this is a nightmare every month. Surely something has to be done, do your job and make prescriptions up before we get there.

I have just visited Kamsons at Wallington where I was supposed to collect my Blister Pack medications dated 1st May 20/26. I showed them the signed off items on my nhs ap and they insist that it has already been collected last week. They had before this stated they were not available for collection until next week. I queried this and showed them the signed nhs ap and then they insisted they had already been collected, I informed them the blister pack collected was date beginning of April, which I collected late as I was not well enough to come to collect them beginning of April.They would not believe me. I am appalled at the staffs attitude towards me, I had just been told by gp to go straight to hospital as I am so ill. I explained I am not always well enough to collect on time. I was just ignored. I told them not to bother and I will change to an alternative chemist.

I needed help with using my blood pressure machine as l had to give 2 readings a day to the GP. Keira had excellent customer service skills. She was kind, polite and understanding.

Took my 94 yr old mother to Kamsons Pharmacy in Newick, East Sussex and the service received by Andrea was amazing. Andrea was so lovely and personable and took the time to make mum feel at ease and comfortable as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend Kamsons at Newick!

Kampsons couldn’t have been more helpful, as we negotiate changing doctors, and ordering medication after a move into the area.

I visited Kamsons Station Parade because my mother had run out of some glaucoma drops . I had already been to GP who could not issue prescription without it being reviewed . The lovely lady called Tracey in Kamsons suggested I call 111 , which I went home and did and within 30 minutes my prescription was available to collect from Kamsons . While waiting she even checked my blood pressure apparently I am fit and healthy . Thank you very your help 👍

Kamsons, Windsor Street Luton is my local pharmacy and it feels like I'm an honoured guest when I collect my medication and Covid injections.
The staff are caring and genuine, whilst remaining polite and professional, asking after my health and family. When I forgot an appointment today, they phoned to check I was alright and had the flexibility to honour the missed appointment the same day.
I appreciate their kindness and candidness, supporting me and my health. What a fantastic team!

I was traveling to the UK from USA. I was short on one of my medications. As a diabetic I began to panic. My family recommended Kamson Pharmacy, and I’m so glad they did. I made an appointment with the friendly pharmacist for a consultation. She met with me addressed my concern and filled my prescription. I highly recommend Kamson Pharmacy for any traveler needing assistance while abroad.

Customer care at its best!
I do not actually live near the branch in Kidlington, but I choose to travel by choice due to the client care I receive.
The manageress is very attentive, informative and ensures that I fully understand the medication I am on.
When I call the pharmacy for general enquiries, the staff have all been so helpful, polite and friendly and always offer a call back if the person I need to speak to is unavailable. The call backs have always been in an exeptional timely manner.
Well done Kamsons Pharmacy (Kidlington), fabulous service.

For the last 6 months I have not received correct delivery every month of a vital inhaler. Every time told due to pharmacy not checking the fridge where it is stored .
Delivery people lovely and understanding but cannot help.
Tried calling for over an hour today the call dropped by Kamsons Warlingham as busy.
Very poor service and unprofessional not fulfilling their obligation
Don’t offer the service if you cannot provide, its misinformation and causes anxiety.
