Excellent Pharmacy. Amazing staff who go above and beyond to help you.

Beware they have a system whereby they don't put multiple items together the ones is on you to check and ask resulting in multiple trips to pick a prescription up. You wou think when a name and DOB is put in it would list all the outstanding items. Typical NHS, very inefficient way of working

I use the one in Southgate each month with my client . Staff are caring , friendly and always a great service , especially Beverley who normally deals with clients medication . Appear to all work together to provide a great service

We have used Highcliffe, Dorset branch for about 5 years now. The customer service is 5 star in all areas. Staff are always friendly, helpful, great product knowledge and nothing is too much for them. Cathy is a real asset to the team and goes above and beyond.

I have been dealing with my Local Kamsons at 139 Brighton Road, Crawley, West Sussex for many years now. I can honestly say how wonderful the people are and service I get is second to none, always helpful and polite.. my prescriptions get delivered here and it only takes a couple of days for these to be ready for collection…. Honestly I can’t say enough about how lovely these people are

I have been going to Kamsons East Street Chichester for 7 years now, and I feel I have to mention a particular member of staff who has stood out to me for the last 6 months and especially today, her name is Amiee. Amiee customer service skills are excellent, she is efficient, and her happy outgoing personality puts you at ease. Well done Amiee

The staff have been so very helpful to me in the past few days. I called on Friday morning and was able to collect my prescription by 5pm. I called back on Saturday to say something was missing and they had it ready for me to collect.Thank you for your efficiency.

Horrible experience in the Uckfield Meads Kamson. Locom pharmacist refused to process medication and caused a great deal of frustration when I have been using the same script for over 8 years. Pharmacist eluded to the script being forged. Medication had to be sort in Tesco pharmacy would were kind and helpful. Would not recommend going here

I would recommend this pharmacy because they are very efficient, my prescriptions are delivered without any problems and on time. The staff are very knowledgable and happy to give advice when needed.

First class service

I had a very disappointing experience at Kamsons Pharmacy, 128 St James Street, Brighton, which left me shocked and stressed by what I felt was rude and dismissive customer service.
I asked to speak with the manager, but I was told there wasn't one available. The pharmacist, whose name I believe was Carole, appeared to excuse the behaviour of another staff member, whom I found aggressive and discourteous. When I said I intended to make a complaint about the treatment I had received, I was told that I could be banned from returning to the pharmacy!.
In my opinion, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Patients should be treated with courtesy and respect, particularly in a healthcare setting. I will be raising a formal complaint to the Trading Standards regarding this experience.

I have just come off the phone with my local Kamson at Tesco Durrington.
I just wanted to say how helpful and friendly the young lady was in helping me. Nothing was to much trouble and walk me through the process regarding my medication. I am now going to use Kamson for all my repeat perscriptions.
