Worst experience ever at Los Canos de Meca near Cadiz (Spain). They have 43 tents all along the main road. Basically, you can't sleep at all for the noise. Cars driving up and down the road all night. The beach was completely covered in algae. You could not swim nor sunbathe because the smell was simply unbearable. We read about the algae problem in the news and inquired about this well before arriving at the property. They assured us the issue was solved and that the beach had been cleaned up. None of this was true. Took plenty of videos and pictures as evidence. Very poor customer service and misleading communications from the manager side. I could have cancelled for free when we contacted the property. But we eventually trusted them. None of this was true and we got charged the full amount without the possibility of a partial refund.
