Beware, there is no Kamikoto customer care
I received my knife sets and they are gorgeous. However, I did not understand how big they would be and they are not appropriate for my tiny living space. I emailed the support staff 3 days and 2 days ago and cannot get a response to return them. I am very disappointed in the complete lack of customer care response. Kamikoto support does not respond.

We are deeply sorry for this issue, having looked into our communication with you, we have responded to both of your emails with return instructions and reached out to you separately after receiving notice from our delivery partner in regards to your concern.
Please check the spam or Junk filter in your inbox incase the email responses have somehow been filtered away from your inbox.
In lieu of your return, we have issued a 50% refund should you want to keep your knives with the current issue in receiving our email responses. You should also receive refund notification via email.

Lost Package with Quick response from Kamikoto support center
I purchased a buy one get one special on thanksgiving week and something happened during shipping. I waited a little longer than the estimated shipping date to see if it was still being delivered but it was stuck somewhere in a UPS center. I filed for a claim of missing package and UPS was not able to help, UPS told me to contact the seller and Kamikoto.com help center was quick at responding to my email, also was quick on resending my order.
