Honest and trustworthy

I got coverage in the end but the process took longer than I thought it would. The rep was polite though and answered my questions.

Not much difference in price. I checked mostly to see if there were better discounts available. The options were fine, just didn't save much compared to what I already had.

Nothing fancy. Got my insurance, got my cards, set up autopay. Process took a few calls to get sorted but staff were fine. I just need basic coverage so maybe I'm not the target customer for anything special. It works.

the quote process was fine but then when i got my actual documents the price was like $8 more than quoted?? called and they explained it had to do with my driving record pull but like... would've been nice to know upfront. they fixed the confusion and the rep was cool about it. still staying with them for now

called to get a quote and had to wait on hold for like 20 minutes which was annoying. once i got someone they were helpful and explained everything. ended up going with them. price was about the same as what i had before so idk if i really "saved" much but the coverage seemed better so whatever

Did a bunch of comparison quotes before landing here. Save Max wasn't the absolute cheapest but the coverage terms were clearer than some of the other guys. Agent actually walked me through what I was and wasn't getting which other places didn't bother doing. Appreciated that.

My nephew told me to try this place I am 67 and not great with online stuff so I called and said they were patient and explained things slowly which I appreciate it my rate didn't drop as much as I hoped but it's manageable still figuring out how to access my documents online

Good experience for a first timer!!

It was my first time buying my own car insurance. I just turned 24 off my parents plan, was honestly kind of lost but the guy who helped me broke it down without making me feel dumb. He explained how deductibles work and all that. It took an hour but I felt confident in what i signed up for!
