The shoes are great. Light weight and comfortable. I’m taking it as a fashion item rather than a functional one and it pulled it off

I made a purchase of 3 items, and they sent them separately in two bags, so when they arrived in my country, I had to pay double taxes. I paid extra for fast delivery, and it took like two weeks just to be shipped; it's like a month, and I didn't receive the products. I just received the tax ticket from customs, saying that the bags arrive the country. The delivery from my country taxes me an extra 20 dollars per box for handling, so I ending payed like 100 dollar extra. I'll never buy again. with amazon only pay 20 dollar extra

I was waiting a little while to do this review till I had a little time on my feet in this shoes. After tonight I am convinced these are an awesome trail shoe in the snow and mud from the melting snow. Traction is really great, which is what I would expect or the Vibram Megagrip sole. What shocked me the most is when you are transitioning from trail to road and you run with these on a hard surface they feel like they are launching you forward with every stride. With that said, I’m not advocating for these on the road but I bet these will “rip” on dry trails. All in all an awesome shoe so far. Durability is still to be tested as I’ve only been running in them for about a month.

Placed an order for the Fuga EX 330 shoes, which were in stock. They were shipped about a week later because the whole team was on a training camp! First parcel got lost or held up somewhere in China, so after contacting them about 2-3 days later they told me another parcel will be sent. Eventually after almost 2 months I received the shoes but due to their faulty sizing on their website, the shoes were too big. My foot is 273-274mm and according to their website I need to wear a size 44, which was totally wrong. I sent them an e-mail about returning them and a reminder a few days later and till this day (a month later) I never got a reply.
Luckily I managed to find someone and trade the shoes here in Greece and it ended well for me.
Would never ever consider to buy their shoes again, no matter how good they are, just because of their terrible customer service.

This vest is top notch. It has 12 different pockets for all your storage needs, the dial is perfect for fine tuning your fit, and the vest rides very nice while running. This has quickly become my go to vest an with all the color options I’ll be sure to buy a few more

Was an international customer that ordered a size slightly too small. They have different options available for refunding international customers that are very accommodating. Was honestly a pleasure and surprisingly easy to be helped by the Kailas customer service, most are not as easy to work with especially for international customers.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe as I misunderstood the sizing chart. I email Kailas customer service and they very quickly found my size in stock and shipped it out ASAP. This was terrific service and the Shoes ended up fitting me great!

Amazing customer service and super high quality products! Very responsive, super helpful, very friendly customer service. I ordered a running vest in the wrong size (my fault), and the staff helped me to order a new one, guiding me on how to measure for the correct size. They also gave me a discount on the first vest that I ordered. Their running vests and trail shoes are the best quality I've found so far, very highly recommend Kailas products.

I consider the level of customer service and after-sales support to be very prompt, clear, and effective.
I had purchased a pair of FUGA Ex3 through the "official" website but, unfortunately, once they were delivered, I realized I had ordered the wrong size (it was the first purchase). I emailed Kailas customer service and quickly received a reply outlining the various options available to me.
Once I made my decision and informed them, I received the cashback very quickly and simultaneously ordered a new pair in the correct size.
They arrived today... stunning. High-quality packaging. Everything perfect.
Now all that’s left is to get them "dirty" running the trails this season!!!

Its Chinese company.. I got a climbing stick clip from them and it didn’t survive 6 outdoor sessions..When i inquired about the repair or replacement they replied that the product is no longer available and it cant be repaired. In less than a year the product went bad..I guess i am paying for my attempt to save few dollars.. i would recommend to buy from other brands that can offer support incase their products go bad.. I will never buy from this brand again

Get to know Kailas when I looking for a comfortable walking/hiking shoe.
However that is a limited choices in Singapore local shop.
So, after searching, found this Kailasgear that offer a wide range of Kailas shoes & others related stuff that ship worldwide.
After research, finally bought my first Kailas shoe, Fuga Yao 2 last year.
As I having a knee pain issue, quick walk is my preferred exercise. Compared to my previous running shoe, Yao 2 have a better grip on most of the surface, regardless dry or wet. And my foot will not getting wet easily due to sweating even after walking more than 2 hours under local hot weather.
Yao 2 also offers a comfortable but not too soft of cushioning that let me enjoy walking with lesser impact to my knee.
I like the quick lace system also as lace wouldn't get loose during exercise.
The outer layer of the shoe also easy to clean even when I step in wet cement during my quick walk near construction area, just pour my drinking water to clean will do, but I noticed that the water are easily get into the shoe, maybe due to the breathable material used.
Overall, very satisfied with Yao 2 and looking forward to try my new Fuga Du Boa.

I have lived 4 years in Thailand. In this time i have bought 3 pairs of trail running shoes from Kailas (I have bought them in Chiang Mai, the name of the shop is "Basecamp"). My favorite one is the Fuga EX, i love the cushion. The shoe has an extreme good grip and does not slip on wet stones. So it is perfect. It was perfect for Thailand and it is perfect for the high mountains in Austria.

We got the Kailas Backpack 38L which looks good, with functional design. After using it for 3 trips (Everest Base Camp and Portugal Fishermen trail), the front part of the shoulder straps tore apart on both sides, where the chest strap hinges. There were some force exerted by the chest strap but the material and stitching should be able withstand the force.

I would prefer to upload pictures of the damaged parts but it not possible here.

Kailas FUGA EX3 have amazing very consistent grip for many terrains. And confortable to long run.

This is an amazing company to purchase from. I had a size issue and they fixed the issue. Waiting for my, better sized shoes now. However, because of how they handled my issue, I will be back regardless. They are sweet, warm and extremely accommodating.. Try calling Nike with an issue and see how that goes....
When I receive my new ones, I will do a review of my next run..
