I love these shoes. They are beautiful, tactical looking, extremely comfortable on any terrain, very well made, and the BOA lacing system is amazing. Judging by the quality, I'm sure they'll last a long time. My only issue is the price. Are they worth that much money? Didn't even have my size {I'm a 10 1/2 US; had to get a size 10}. I can go on and on about the expensive boots / sneakers I own, but $370 for these? I chose to purchase them, they're awesome shoes,
But damn.

The quality of these pants are perfect I use them for trad climbing and sport climbing and bouldering the only down side I have with the pants are the turn up on them are to high it turns them into 3/4 pants on the picture it looks like they sit nice over the ankle and the pockets are not very deep at all my phone doesn’t fit in them when I am doing multi pitch climbing

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR ONLINE ORDERS. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY EXPENSIVE BOOTS AND THE TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED SINCE 3/20/2026.

ALSO THERE IS NO ONE TO CALL AND THE ONLINE CHAT IS USELESS.

WILL BE LOOKING FOR A REFUND IF THE BOOTS AREN'T DELIVERED.

The shoes are great. Light weight and comfortable. I’m taking it as a fashion item rather than a functional one and it pulled it off

I made a purchase of 3 items, and they sent them separately in two bags, so when they arrived in my country, I had to pay double taxes. I paid extra for fast delivery, and it took like two weeks just to be shipped; it's like a month, and I didn't receive the products. I just received the tax ticket from customs, saying that the bags arrive the country. The delivery from my country taxes me an extra 20 dollars per box for handling, so I ending payed like 100 dollar extra. I'll never buy again. with amazon only pay 20 dollar extra

I was waiting a little while to do this review till I had a little time on my feet in this shoes. After tonight I am convinced these are an awesome trail shoe in the snow and mud from the melting snow. Traction is really great, which is what I would expect or the Vibram Megagrip sole. What shocked me the most is when you are transitioning from trail to road and you run with these on a hard surface they feel like they are launching you forward with every stride. With that said, I’m not advocating for these on the road but I bet these will “rip” on dry trails. All in all an awesome shoe so far. Durability is still to be tested as I’ve only been running in them for about a month.

Placed an order for the Fuga EX 330 shoes, which were in stock. They were shipped about a week later because the whole team was on a training camp! First parcel got lost or held up somewhere in China, so after contacting them about 2-3 days later they told me another parcel will be sent. Eventually after almost 2 months I received the shoes but due to their faulty sizing on their website, the shoes were too big. My foot is 273-274mm and according to their website I need to wear a size 44, which was totally wrong. I sent them an e-mail about returning them and a reminder a few days later and till this day (a month later) I never got a reply.
Luckily I managed to find someone and trade the shoes here in Greece and it ended well for me.
Would never ever consider to buy their shoes again, no matter how good they are, just because of their terrible customer service.

This vest is top notch. It has 12 different pockets for all your storage needs, the dial is perfect for fine tuning your fit, and the vest rides very nice while running. This has quickly become my go to vest an with all the color options I’ll be sure to buy a few more

Was an international customer that ordered a size slightly too small. They have different options available for refunding international customers that are very accommodating. Was honestly a pleasure and surprisingly easy to be helped by the Kailas customer service, most are not as easy to work with especially for international customers.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe as I misunderstood the sizing chart. I email Kailas customer service and they very quickly found my size in stock and shipped it out ASAP. This was terrific service and the Shoes ended up fitting me great!

Amazing customer service and super high quality products! Very responsive, super helpful, very friendly customer service. I ordered a running vest in the wrong size (my fault), and the staff helped me to order a new one, guiding me on how to measure for the correct size. They also gave me a discount on the first vest that I ordered. Their running vests and trail shoes are the best quality I've found so far, very highly recommend Kailas products.

I consider the level of customer service and after-sales support to be very prompt, clear, and effective.
I had purchased a pair of FUGA Ex3 through the "official" website but, unfortunately, once they were delivered, I realized I had ordered the wrong size (it was the first purchase). I emailed Kailas customer service and quickly received a reply outlining the various options available to me.
Once I made my decision and informed them, I received the cashback very quickly and simultaneously ordered a new pair in the correct size.
They arrived today... stunning. High-quality packaging. Everything perfect.
Now all that’s left is to get them "dirty" running the trails this season!!!

Its Chinese company.. I got a climbing stick clip from them and it didn’t survive 6 outdoor sessions..When i inquired about the repair or replacement they replied that the product is no longer available and it cant be repaired. In less than a year the product went bad..I guess i am paying for my attempt to save few dollars.. i would recommend to buy from other brands that can offer support incase their products go bad.. I will never buy from this brand again
