Feras has been amazing at communicating and getting the wearables feature implemented, for my clients.

It didn't go without delays and hiccups due to update times and maintenance going on to make the feature available but he communicated everything, offering so much help to get this updated.

Not only is this app the best app on the market truly, but their customer service is out of this world. So many apps out there will just rebrand their app for you, but Kahunas goes through an entire process of building out an app for you on the app store as part of their membership package.
They get back to you quickly, host meetings with regular users to gain feedback, give out a calendar with updates for the future.. I can't recommend them enough. There are no outages that aren't immediately followed up with tons of communication.

Rebecca was so helpful and knowledgeable, she answered all of my questions and more! Rebecca also gave me fantastic advice and tips on how to use the platform efficiently plus how to tailor it to my work. Rebecca is clearly an expert who is using Kahunus herself as a coach rather than just someone trained in how to follow a flow chart of FACs. I’m so impressed with her service, she is bubbly and friendly as well as highly informed. I can go back to Rebecca with absolute confidence if I need further help as I go along my Kahunas coaching journey. Five stars! Thank you Rebecca x

Yousef was incredibly supportive during my remote call, helping me work through several queries I had. I'm really loving the app so far and I'm excited about what the future holds with it!

Great support team that are quick to answer questions and help you navigate around the app. Systems are simple and effective to use and I like that they are continuously adding features. A more extensive nutrition element (e.g. being able to provide both meal plans and macros at the same time, pre loaded recipes etc) would make the app bang on!

Pam was great! I'd called to check on the status of my branded app which she answered quickly and simply. Then she went above and beyond to show me how to start onboarding clients and getting my business setup in Kahunas even without me asking or knowing to ask. She asked questions, intuited what I needed and provided help that I didn't even know I need. Now I can get my clients started in the app 2 weeks earlier than I though. THAT is customer service, providing expert help to in-expert customers to improve product experience. An I could tell she knew her sh*t in the app, she wasn't just reading some script. Great experience!

The platform is easy to use and the demo given by Pam made it even more useful and shared some insights that I had not discovered.
