As someone just starting out as a business owner in the fitness space kahunas gave me more than enough tools and support to give life to an idea! I’d encourage anyone wanting to begin or upgrade their client experience to use this app and their resources!

The Kahunas app is second to none. Not just for its great features but also for the support staff, who are always quick to respond to questions, especially Michelle J. She has helped me on two separate occasions and was very helpful in both instances.

I was having trouble setting up my own app for a while. However after contacting the Kahunas Support I had very swift responses. Shear very kindly booked a call the next morning with me and she was beyond helpful. Very patient and knowledgeable, and everything was sorted within 20 minutes. Brilliant service!

Responsive and ultimately resolved the problem easily

It's simply a great and useful application, with pretty much everything a fitness coach needs to support their clients in the best way possible.
Furthermore they have a very good customer service, helping you with your questions within 24 to max 48 hrs. Shear recently helped me perfectly and really quickly with my questions. They also listen to your bugreports, trying to fix them asap.

Had a great talk with Pam! I had lots of questions as I have recently aligned my small group personal training in person program with the online element of kahunas. We worked through each question and she took her time answering them in detail. We covered everything I wanted to and now feel much more confident using the app and support my clients.

Sadly can’t give a zero. App is not well made. Customer service is horrible. First off you do not receive a workout plan. It is all app based, which has its benefits but if you are a gym goer I think a lot of people would enjoy having a plan laid out in excel or something comparable as well. Second when asked to get the plan written out as well they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. I would ask to get the plan and they would respond with something totally unrelated then say you are doing great and give me kudos. Lastly, my account for no reason was deactivated while I was in the middle of the workout plan and haven’t been able to log back in. I tried reaching out over a week ago and no one has responded. I can’t stress enough. Find another company to use!!! It will be a lot simpler.

Kahunas is literally the best app solution for fitness coaches and personal trainers on the market. I'm using it for almost 1 year now and my clients love it. It's an all-in-one solution including checkins, nutriton plans, training plans, workout videos, progress tracking, coach-client interaction and so much more. It makes the life of me as a coach so much easier and the feeling for the athletes way more professional.
As well the Kahunas customer support is amazing. They help with any problem you have regarding the app. Even the whole setup and renewal of apple distribution certificates or app setups in the app stores.
I can only recommend this amazing app!

This app is easy and friendly to use if you are new to online coaching/training. It's continually revolving and getting better and better. I was able to easily get it all set up and rolling pretty quickly after I got my business started and EIN. The customer service provided by Feras is top knotch. Love working with the team that created this app. They listen to what you need and get back to you in a timely manner.

Shear from the support team answered very quickly after I messaged the support and was really friendly while trying to help me with the issue at hand. I am very happy with the support I received.

I have recently signed up for Kahunas subscription to create my fitness app, and I'm loving it so far! Their personnel has been very professional and helpful, and the onboarding process went smoothly. I see every possible option a fitness coach and client would need in their app, super excited to start the journey. Also, Shear deserves special recognition for her invaluable assistance in configuring the iOS application. The process went smoothly because of her prompt responses and proactive attitude. The whole thing is great! Very functional, constantly improving and updating, always listening to customers - the team are also fantastic! Lateefat and Shear are always quick with responses and help sort any queries out. couldn't recommend enough!
