Haven’t received my ticket for City Splash yet and the event is in 4 days! I was told I would receive it 7 days before the event!!!!

Ellie who dealt with booking FDF6625971 was amazing. She was so quick to get my friend a full refund on her ticket who unfortunately is unwell. Really appreciate the effort she went through and her kindness.

Misleading sponsored results in Google search misled me to book tickets for one of their festivals in error. In spite of providing evidence of this genuine mistake they have refused to reimburse me.
