I purchased a cover for the truck of my…

I purchased a cover for the truck of my Lyriq and it did not fit. After many back-and-forth emails K2 has stopped responding when I told them I wanted to return the item and did not want a new one. This is after one of their emails claimed they shipped the wrong item, do not buy anything from these scam artists.

I gave them 1 star because it would not allow none.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The 600 dollar bumper is received from then fit poorly on the vehicle. Also they were rude and tried not refunding the money back
Absolutely avoid them at all cost!!!

Warning: Hidden Fees and Better Prices Elsewhere

Be wary of their return policy. Even if an order is canceled immediately after being placed, the policy is extremely strict, and the owners and associates allow no flexibility. You will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee regardless of the circumstances. I found the same item at another company with a better price and a more customer-friendly policy. Additionally, their customer support is very difficult to reach.

Be careful ordering from here!
Some of the parts come from China. Not MADE in China, they literally COME from China, but none of that is disclosed on the site. I ordered 2 things, one got here in about 4 days, the other just now got into the United States and it has been over two weeks. I already got the part from someone else at this point because I needed it quickly, but now I read on their site that the only way they will do a refund is to do store credit. Why would I want store credit for somewhere that will take a month to get me a simple part?

Not a great experience, product doesn't work as advertised

My experience with K2 has not been a positive one so far. The item did show up in about the timeframe I would have expected, but the communication from K2 was not clear and a bit confusing. I got the "shipped" notification the day after I had already received the product.

Prior to purchasing from K2, I've purchased 3 different headlights models from Amazon, all of which I've returned due to some sort of malfunction. So, I thought I would buy from an actual speciality site (like K2), someone who offers a warranty. After getting my new headlights installed, the turn signals aren't functioning properly and the fitment is not the best I've ever seen (see in the photos). I've reached out to support, but they are slow to respond and don't even try calling their phone number. No one answers, voicemail box is full. It's been over 24 hours since I responded to their last email asking for more details, and still nothing. My intention to buy more from K2 has pretty much gone out the window.

Complete Disapointment

This entire experience has been very disappointing. Starting with my original order arriving with a defective left light. Which i promptly notified your company, at which time the person i originally spoke to assured me that he was initiating a claim with the manufacturer...... Almost 2 months later i still had not heard a word . I reached out again, this time i spoke to Nick who was actually very helpful and responsive. But it still took about 2 more months to resolve the issue. But it was resolved or so i thought, both of my lights were working fine. Right up till the day i decided to take the car out in heavy rain. Only to get home and find my light full of water. So that's 0 for 2,. 2 sets of lights and 2 defective lights, And now you tell what a bummer that is but sorry we cant help. Well that fact that this product does not even warrant a 1 year warranty is pretty telling as to the actual quality. My fault for not looking into that a little better I assumed it would come with 1 year like most other quality products. The fact that you guys sell a product that you must know is junk, when the manufacturer wont even stand behind it for a full year. Well that speaks volumes about your company the way you guys operate. Needless to say I wont be purchasing my next lights from K2 Industries or anything else for that matter. Nor will anybody I know or associate with. You guys have a fairly aggressive marketing/ advertising strategy, I will be sure to spread the word about the poor quality products your peddling and the underwhelming customer service you provide. Good luck to you, word of mouth is the either the best or the worst advertising there is. Lets see how fast it travels. Probably not as fast as the warranty on your products expires but fast enough.

20% cancellation fee!

I ordered a $500 splitter for my c6 z06. I asked to cancel order 2 days later before it shipped. I was informed that I had to pay 20% cancellation but I cancelled reluctantly. Then 2 days later I get an email saying it shipped anyway. No apology, not. Worst online experience I’ve ever had!!!!

No customer service

AI customer service all along. Email gives you AI replies and won't answer your question and just doing circles. Phone number never went through. No one pick up. They do send out the stuff I ordered. But asking questions or try to return is impossible.

Companies are switching bait

Companies are switching bait. Selling cheap knock off Parts. One full price and 20% restock fee once you reach out. They clearly know what they’re doing. I’m gonna get to the bottom of it to get shut down since they can continue to scam people. I’ve dealt with companies like this in the past super easy to get rid of. It’s OK. They want to say one thing when clearly it’s another.. It’s also funny when they are persistent in asking for photos when they’re the ones that sent said crappy product it’s just a bunch of waste of time copy pasting in hopes to keep your $200. It’s so funny what this company is complete. Complete scammers do not buy anything from them.

Low Quality and 25% restocking fee

They are a company that makes money off of returns. They sell marked up low quality parts with bad fitment or with self tapping screws to just screw into your car. Be careful buying from them.

Don't waist your time

Don't waist your time, they will be gald to take your money though. I ordered RGB for my 2024 BMW M8 and once I ordered them, I tried to get ahold of them. No response my phone, left a message, no return call. I tried to email them, all to just ask some questions. Main question was are they legal? No response. I tried calling them and messaging them. Voice mail, e mail , I finally got a reply that they haven't shipped yet and that they are not legal in Red as I ordered. I emailed back to cancel my order please. They replied that they had to check if the shipped. On there website it says " you will get an email when they ship. No email. They showed up that day. I called them , no answer. Surprise surprise, I emailed them and they said sorry but there will be a surcharge of 20%. I said that I canceled the order well before they shipped. Then one of the people that work there said " we fired the guy i spoke with and if I wanted to return them there would be a 25% fee to return them plus shipping. They just care about getting a order / money. Look them up. They don't have a good history.
Don't buy from them, there are many other legit companies out there that won't rip you off.
