All the staff we dealt with were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful; nothing seemed to be a bother. While being extremely friendly they were at the same time professional.

Although the office has had some issues with staff sickness this month my process has been pushed through quickly and Fiona replied to my emails and requests promptly. The process has been easy and explained well. Very happy with JWWood
