Got there early car taken in and done before appointment. Only glitch was the computer said no lol. All was sorted with a phone call great experience and had a laugh with the guys in there 5star.

Poor customer service, rude men who don’t know how to communicate with a woman other than grunting at them or the floor. Didn’t even get a hello. Finished up with chucking my emergency tire in the back, no effort to put it away under the boot.

Despite pre-paying and booking a timed appointment online, staff seemed more interested in dealing with others who had just driven in off the street…
I was kept waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment time, even though I’d arrived early.
I was finally asked to drive up, despite pointing out that two others cars were still in the fitting bay, I was grumpily told to do it anyway. And then of course, another fitter told me to move my car out of the way, so the other cars could get out - what are they playing at?
Finally had tyre fitted, quickly done - butt when I asked what had happened to cause the flat tyre, I just got a shrug.
It definitely felt like service with a sneer… as a woman, I felt they were trying to make me look stupid and certainly made me feel uncomfortable.
We’ve used Just Tyres for around 20 years for both vehicles in our household, this time service was poor - so neither I or husband will be going back again, we will be looking for another tyre company.

Made an appointment to check the tyres, but when came in, you have to join a queue, and wait 30 minutes.
Then the shop gave a price for two new tyres, which as it turned out were the wrong type for the car.

Checked the price on the web and it was £40 per tyre cheaper! So beware! All sorted though. The web price was competitive though.
But when fitting, they fitted the wrong tyre to begin with, and it was lucky I spotted it. Then they inflated the tyres to the wrong pressure and forgot to replace the dust caps.
So use with care!

Welcomed pleasantly on my arrival. Chap listened to me with his full attention. My car was ready on time for collection and full explanation given to me.

Came out of work to find a completely flat tyre… pumped it up and drove round the corner to these guys, even though they was busy they were polite and got me in. Whole thing changed within around 30 mins - nice guys too. Will for sure use again if I ever need too! Thank you

Easy to use - booked on line, good prices and choice and all ready when we arrived! Can’t fault.

Booked a tyre change online, along with a wheel alignment. Had to wait aound for an extra hour the nice valve covers I came in with were not returned, and they claimed the wheels had been aligned when they had not even been checked. Avoid.

Great service. Professional.
Car runs so much better now.

Not the best service. I have changed tyres there half a dozen times but one of the employees seemed angry I was there for some reason. They also refused to check for alignment. I will look for a different place next time.

Good service, quick turn around. They said they were running 30 behind apologised my tyres were being changed within them 30 minutes.

Booked appointment and paid on line
On18th November for 21st November at 4.00pm. On arrival 2 young fitters took the 2 wheels off my car and removed tyres from wheels, then looked for the new tyres. They couldn't find the tyres
so they made a phone call and said that the tyre would be in the next day. They replaced the old tyres back on the wheels and said that they would call me the next day when the tyres come in.
No one rang the next day, I rang at 1.30 that day and was told that the tyres had just come in, but they couldn't fit them until the next day. So on the 23rd November they fitted them. I also paid to have the alignment done, but don't know how they did that with no lift 🤔

Fitted at a great price and were very helpful
