Our car had a nail in one of the tyres and we went to Just tyres in St Neots and we received a great service. Being a care business we needed to be back on the road and with the help of Aaron and his team this was done promptly and l highly recommend them. The team is friendly and very professional.

turned up, fitted two new tyres drove off. easy booked online, paid online and chose my appointment time.

Tyres were competitively priced, but that came at a cost. They were unable to do the tracking/alignment we booked and paid for as didn't have the heating tools to release the bolts. They also didn't carry out the visuals we booked/asked for. Refund issued promptly, but had to book in car for alignment elsewhere, meaning the savings on tyres (£30 ish compared with other quotes) was spent in time having to go to another garage to have the work carried out. If we'd known, we'd need two visits to do this, we would have booked the car in to a proper garage in the first place. Lesson learned for us in the future - local garage had the remedial work done in 15 minutes for us later that same week when they had availability.

Great experience at Just Tyres St Neots, staff are so helpful there. Some people may say that they are just doing there job, I agree but the service they provide is second to none. Well done chaps, please keep it going.

Was very quick service, did as I asked and was all at a reasonable price. Only bummer was that they could not do wheel alignment for my car due to it being lowered.

In my opinion when I was getting my tyres changed, they broke one of the locking nuts resulting in not being able to get the nut off, and none of the tyres changed. Still waiting for a resolution. And what makes it worse I paid online and have not been offered a refund. Will not be returning

Great service. Very professional and polite, advised me on the best option and managed to repair my tyre instead of spending a lot of money on a new one.

Price was good, Unfortunately young inexperienced operatives left to do the work, manager guy not interested and after a tyre removal machine broke down, he was on phone in car park for 20mins before returning to show the operatives how to fix/reset the machine even though they went and told him straight away. He Never even acknowledged me!
Pretty sure no balancing was done either and two out of the three tyres had no cap on the valve.
Luckily screwfix next door gave me a cup of tea and a doughnut.

Ordered and paid for two new tyres online and booked fitting at local store. The tyres once replaced were not inflated to the correct pressure and despite returning as I drove off although they put more air in to 42 psi on their gauge it clearly wasn’t at that level as the car warning light came on. I went to a garage and put the air in to reach the required level. Air pump clearly needs re calibration. Also neither new tyre had a dust cap fitted to it so I brought some from Amazon. Not the greatest experience

Wash my car the next day and found that they had damaged my wheel

Friendly, approachable and knowledgable staff. I am due to undergo a series of trips and found a flat this morning with no obvious signs of damage. However Aaron was able to identify the issue and repair whilst I waited. Very pleased with the service received and will definitely return.

Customer waiting area was clean and tidy, staff very helpful and friendly. I was able to watch the tyre being changed from the waiting area. The workshop was clean and tide too. Very pleased with the quick and efficient service. Best price in the area too.

Great price for premium tyres from Just Tyres purchased on line and fitted at local Just Tyres depot. Easy booking with helpful staff answering my online chat/question immediately. Staff at local centre very efficient, courteous and friendly. The service is hard to beat!

What a lovely group of young men you have working there. The manager is amazing and he was so busy whilst I was there. He was so cheerful and happy. All customers were chatting whilst waiting thanks to his customer service skills. Tyres are great too! Best price I could find in the area.
