The labourer was unable to drop my spare tire for replacement, and I was told there was something wrong and that I was to return to my vw garage. I was informed form the vw garage there would be a charge if no findings were found. So I went to another garage, Costco and the engineer had said that they just needed to push a pin in so I had travelled and hour round trip and then the additional waist of time. I suggest they have the right size equipment is supplied at all just tires and more training. Especially as this could have cost me more than just 60miles of fuel. So not very happy with the service provided on this occasion.

Staff were friendly, professional and very efficient.

Booked online for a wheel balance check which came up as free; surprised at that.

Arrived and was met with an incredibly unpleasant manager who was educating me about my error in expecting this to be free. Tried to explain that’s what it came up as on the Just Tyres system, but was met with a continued appalling attitude-filled diatribe; I suggested twice we start the conversation again, but the same theme continued.

Whilst I understand the frustration for the team on-site and it’s not acceptable for there to be an option on the system they can’t provide as it creates discord, that’s not my fault which we eventually got to but it took far too long, and was deeply unprofessional. All it needed was a version of ‘Sorry, it’s an error on the booking system, we charge £30 for each axle but understand if you don’t want to take that option’. Not difficult, is it?

For all I know it was a promotion as a lost-leader with the aim to get people through the door and sell other services? It’s not my responsibility to understand the business model of Just Tyres.

The service provided by the two guys looking after my car was superb and they were able to advise what they’d done - only 2* because of this (would happily give them 5*), otherwise it would be 0*.

The service guy is not friendly and just goes through the motion at being polite, Also deliberately mislead me when telling me the cost to alin the wheels, he said the cost of just one wheel, when he knew that both wheels would need alignmen, the present the bill at double the cost he told me.

Easily made an appointment online for tyre check. Arrived earlier and was seen straight away. Needed two new tyres which were fitted within 45 minutes, while I went to have a coffee. Staff efficient and friendly and prices seemed reasonable.

Booked for 9.00am.
When arrived 15mins early got told it would be at least 30 mins before i would be seen to.
Not good as i had booked a time and your staff put others in front who had not booked.

Bought online, so was required to book a time to have them fitted. However, after arriving at this time, they were not ready. Why force customers to book times if they don't mean anything?
They have a strange pricing structure for Tracking that ranges from 45 to 75 depending on something to do with loosening and nut somewhere I think. Not surprisingly cost came out to be £75.
Won't be returning.

I attended to have 2 tyres changed in preparation for my MOT, upon arrival the man at the desk said move your car to the bay, where he inspected it and advised that my car would not pass an MOT unless I had all 4 tyres changed. I declined this option and stuck with my original booking for the 2 tyres as per the advice from elsewhere. So glad I did as the car did pass it's MOT and I did not spend unnecessary money on an additional 2 tyres.

One star is already too generous for this experience. The staff were incredibly rude and showed zero respect. They spoke to me as if I were beneath them — not as a customer, but like they were shouting at a dog. This was our first visit, yet they expected us to already know their unspoken "rules". The confirmation email gave no instructions whatsoever, and instead of helping, they barked orders and treated us with open contempt.

It felt like they didn’t see us as customers at all — more like idiots who should shut up and obey. Their attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They acted like they knew everything and we knew nothing, making no effort to explain or assist, just to belittle and humiliate. Shameful service.

The Manager and his team were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. Thank you
