Easy to book and purchase on line quick service all done on time ⏲️

Was easy to order tyres in line and book appointment dropped car off went for a walk 45 mins car was all done

Just Tyres website was simple to use identifying the tyre options available for the car registration. Booking a next day appointment was straightforward. The tyres were fitted within an hour of arrival and wheels balanced. Paperwork was delivered on completion. An efficient service was provided at a competitive price.

I have sent a formal complaint to Just Tyres which has been addressed by Simon the regional manager.

After not changing the valves when changing my tyres, one of them immediately started to deflate. Bringing it at the time I was told to bring it, I was told it couldn’t get looked at for hours. Luckily, after being sworn at for stating they hadn’t done their job, I chose to take the car elsewhere. Luckily, their incompetence was cheap to fix. Interestingly, the garage where I took the car immediately knew the job appallingly done was by Just Tyres. Avoiding them at all costs will be cheap.

I felt the team at St Neots actually wanted me to be a long term repeat customer.

The four tyres were fitted quickly and checked for alignment - all within the time period the manager had said the job would be completed.

The new Pirelli tyres look great and the ride is superb.

Infact I was impressed with the overall Just Tyres experience : easy on line tyre selection and straightforward booking calander.

Booked in - no problem - on time..

Tyres and tracking was booked online, and when I arrived, I was told that it would be approximately one hour for the job. When I returned, the car was ready. The overall process was easy and the price was very competitive.

Either the fastest mechanics in the world, or they didn’t 1. Fit two new front tyres 2. Balance them both, 3 do their “pro” alignment. 4 check the brakes. 5. Check the steering. 6. Check the suspension. 7. Check the battery all within 30 minutes of me dropping the car off. (When they previous car was only just being reversed out as I left)

Given I didn’t request the extras last time I went, and they only replaced a single punctured tire and it took 20 minutes, I know what’s more likely..

Excellent service. Got me in quickly and balanced both fronts. Checked all my tyre pressures and resolved shaking at the steering wheel at a certain speed.

Terrible operation.
I've had 3 wheels damaged by this team at St Neots when replacing tyres and they completely deny it.
As someone who takes care of their car it's frustrating to have it damaged by careless work.
Just Tyres don't respond to complaints either.

Their team at this garage also spend a lot of time 'wheel spinning' their cars.
They can only do that because they have access to limitless amounts of tyres.
It's a real problem that needs sorting out.

Fantastic, quick and efficient. Tyre pressure warning light appeared on my car and I wanted to get the tyre checked out. Thoroughly checked the tyre and all tyre pressure were correct. It didn't cost anything. Everything OK, but will definitely be going when my vehicle needs new tyres!
