I needed 4 new tyres.
I needed 4 new tyres and was looking for good quality well priced tyres. The original tyre was a Bridgestone so that’s what I was looking for. I found the tyres at a great price at Just Tyres, I check on the Website how the ordering worked and was delighted to find they were delivered to my local depot. I booked fitting for the next day and although the depot was very busy the tyres were balanced and fitted in 40 minutes. I cannot fault the process from ordering to fitting and all at a great price. I will definitely use Just Tyres again, hopefully not too soon!!

Very poor rip-off service
Very poor rip-off service. I had my front two tyres done and booked online for PRO ALIGNMENT.
They said that they don’t do four wheel tracking and it cannot be done on my vehicle. I paid £49.99 for pro alignment and I want my money back. I wrote to customer service 3 times and haven’t heard anything back. Can someone please assist me with this.

Friendly and efficient
Friendly and efficient. I did want to ask a couple of questions but my appointment was at 4:30pm on a Friday and I got the impression they wanted to finish up. They completed the job quickly and tidily.

Excellent service
Excellent service, Tyres fitted very quickly and didn't have to wait.They used a Torque Wrench to make sure that the nuts were tightened to the correct setting.Tyres were very cheap and got a further discount because I bought them online. Also very easy to park there. Will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
