Bought a Kumho tyre lasted less than a year 8k miles when enquired it’s tracking or suspension ,. Tracking adjusted just after tyres fitted passed 2 MOTs no suspension faults found . The 5 year warranty was a total waste will always blame the car. The tyre should have been sent for a report .

Fantastic service from Just Tyres at Solihull. I was really stressing about my Diamond cut alloy wheel but I needn’t have worried the guys did a fantastic job & took great care of my wheel whilst they fitted my new tyre. Will definitely use Just Tyres Solihull again.

Couldn’t be simpler ordered online arrived at just tyres solihull excellent service tyres fitted within thirty minutes.

Easy online ordering, no hanging around waiting for service, straight in,job done will definitely use again.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong.
My appointment was booked for Monday 12th at 13:30. I arrive ahead of my appointment and the man on reception said. He won’t be doing that today he hasn’t got time!
I paid almost £600 on my tyres to be told they won’t be fitted.
I returned the next day for the team to say that my tyres weren’t even on site!!
After a phone call from black circles, stating that the garage had found my tyres. I was ok to return.

I returned and had my tyres fitted on Tuesday.
Tracking next … they put the tracking equipment on my car for them to advise it wasn’t working!!!

I had to go out of my way to another garage which I should have gone too in the first place and paid £80 to have same day tracking and camber.

To say I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the service I received is an understatement. I do not think I will use just tyres again.

Tyre ordered online for next day fitting at 11.30 Phoned to check that it was there and advised I could have it fitted at 11.00. The damaged tyre (due to deep pot hole) removed and wheel found to be buckled. Danny didi a great job in fitting the new RFT and after many attempts managed to get an air-tight fit of the new tyre on the damaged alloy wheel so that I could drive to a wheel straighteneing facility. He also advised me of a few places I could go to get the wheel straightened. Great service
