The manager was very rude
The manager was very rude, shouted at and they are very in competed as they don't really know what tyres go were. Never ever going to use them again. if this business wants to stay, the owner should really put a lot on training their staff on how to communicate with clients and also on tyre differences. Now they are losing their clients and I won't recommend them to any of my friends.

Refused to fit Tyres!
Ordered and paid on-line for fitting 4 days later. Arrived at shop to be met by two ‘disinterested’ staff ( manager and fitter) who just looked like they wanted to go home. Then told that they only had 2 of the (same) 4 Tyres that were ordered so told to come back next day once contacted. Arrived back at the shop the following day to then be told that the Tyres cannot be fitted as ‘unsuitable’ for my car. Note: Tyres were selected on Just Tyres website using vehicle registration to identify suitable Tyres. Wheel diameter, profile, tyre load and speed rating were as per vehicle spec. I was told that the Tyres were not ‘star’ rated so could not be fitted as they would cause suspension and transmission damage. Just Tyres tried to recommend a much more expensive ‘star’ rated Tyre. I left the shop.
As confirmed later to me by multiple national Tyre companies as well as BMW main dealers the Tyres ordered were more than suitable for my mini, often fitted as OEM. I then had to go on-line and cancel the order and arrange a refund. Very annoyed for wasting two journeys and wasting time. Will never return to Scunthorpe branch as the manager there has poor attitude and has incorrect knowledge of tyres.

Disappointing experience.
Ordered specific tyre online. Arrived at fitting centre at prescribed time (4 days later) to be informed tyre not delivered. Fitters and customer services very apologetic and tyre delivered and fitted next working day however very inconvenient. A phonecall to inform me of delay would have saved a 30 mile round trip.
