Ordered and paid for tyres online, which was quick and easy. Arrived at the branch (Scunthorpe) early, but they accommodated us quickly and efficiently. The staff were excellent and the service was outstanding. On completion, they pointed out a few small defects which would need attending to in the near future. Overall the service, price and staff were excellent. The workshop was clean and tidy as was the service desk and waiting area.
Cannot speak of other branches but the Scunthorpe Branch would take a lot to beat. Highly recommended

I appreciate the additional free checks (brakes and non-changed tyres) without the upsell usually associated with it from other branches.

There is a slight issue with the website in that it allows you to book in even though the tyres are not yet at the branch. However, a quick phonecall from the sales team got me re-booked for another convenient time (I could have had the next day if I wanted). So, for that, still 5 stars!

Great set of lads at Scunthorpe depot, very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help with any problems.

The two guys I had interaction with were welcoming, very friendly, polite, informative and, above all, honest. In my case, a refund was required, which had already been initiated prior to my arrival to collect my vehicle. Had a bit of banter and general car talk with them both.
The service provided was efficient and completed within the time frame given, alongside guidance for follow-on work needed. Straightforward, hassle free customer service.
The website was easy to navigate, with appointment booking, choice of services and tyres, payment, all being straightforward.

After an extensive search for the best price on a specific tyre to match the three already fitted to my car, I decided on Just Tyres in Scunthorpe. They offered the lowest price I found, which was a significant factor in my choice since I knew exactly what I needed.

Upon my arrival, the staff conducted a routine check of the other three tyres. I was confident they were in good condition due to their low mileage and didn't require replacing. However, they identified that one of the tyres was incorrectly installed, with the word 'inside' clearly marked on the outside. This tyre had been fitted by another establishment and had even passed an MOT without the issue being detected.

I truly appreciate Just Tyres for their diligence and professionalism in spotting this oversight. Their attention to detail saved me from potential safety issues. Thank you for the excellent service!

First time in 30+yes of driving was told they were not interested in fitting a tyre,I was amazed,attitude was awful,service like that won't be long before they enter administration
