I would have happily given a 5star…

I would have happily given a 5star review for the quality of product and fast delivery service but unfortuneately one of the T-shirts was not the colour I had ordered. Replacement was offered quickly and without fuss but opening the original delivery was a disappointment.

I have bought clothes from Just Elegance before & they have all been very good quality & fit well. Made in the UK too which you don't see much of anymore. I would definitely recommend Just Elegance.

They have all been good quality & Made in the UK which is great. The two blouses I have bought recently are a very good fit & look great too. I shall be buying again from Just Elegance.

Lovely t shirt.

The garment I ordered was promptly sent, and delivered on time. The t shirt is really pretty, and I love it. The colour, Mint Green, is lovely. Unfortunately, I shall have to return it, as it is a little bit too big! I shall reorder a smaller size.

Beware their sizing is very small

Beware their sizing is very small, I am having to return for the 2nd time a blue top because it is too small I am a standard 14/16 and the XL which is supposed to be a size 20 is too small. I say beware because you have to pay postage, and the last return cost me £4.45. Sad because their clothes are lovely. However I would not buy from them again.

Customer service par excellence

My experience via email with customer services at Just Elegance warrants 5 stars for exceptional promptness to my enquiry and subsequent emails to ensure I obtained the item I wanted .
The subsequent dispatch was also very prompt and the delivery the same.
