The sales person was excellent.( I…

The sales person was excellent.( I think his name was Fiacra). He steered me through the policy and was very helpful in everything we discussed . The only bad point was the delay in getting through on the free phone number l put in 2 calls each an hour long. This to me is unacceptable. I got another number and got through in seconds.
