Very helpful, cheerful, punctual and dealt with this relatively small job (but too big for me to take to the local recycling centre) just as seriously as if it was a big one.

Good experience both prior to removal as well as on the actual day. Alina and George helpful, friendly and efficient.

Alina and George were efficient and polite, with swift email contact and attendance for a quote. With their house clearance team they managed to clear a 5 storey house packed with 50 years of belongings in 3 days - including removing 4 lorry loads of books. They were very thorough and cleaned up afterwards, plus provided photos of the empty loft. Thank you so much Alina and George

Punctual, fast, efficient and kind. When I met George and Alina, the couple that came to my house I felt confident I could trust them to do the job and I was right. Yo tell the truth I though the price too high but I understood they had too much work to do in a short time. In the end their work was worth every penny, they were just perfect.

Alina and George came, photoed, quoted and I booked them…a week later they arrived promptly and within 2 hours had cleared three floors of papers, furniture etc. - no fuss, just did what they promised- extremely professional and kind people- recommend.

Perfect: on time, careful with objects and house (even put on shoe covers without being asked) and very pleasant. Strongly recommend.

Exceptional Service! George and Alina were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.They were so helpful and kind and empathetic as we were clearing my late mother's apartment. They took care with everything, worked really quickly and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble from gently breaking down furniture, to checking for storage in the loft. Their team were also really efficient, cleared the place quickly and everyone worked so well together. They advised me on what could go to charity and could help find a new home for most things...to save them from landfill. They were also really good value for money and competitively priced. George and Alina did a great job for me. From the first contact they have been responsive, arrived on time and very easy to communicate with. They cleared out furniture, a basement with 60 years worth of accumulated stuff, garden shed, and did a major garden cleanup. They were very courteous, efficient and tidy. I will be using George and Alina again and highly recommend them.

Really efficient, friendly, not expensive

Alina and the team did a really fantastic job clearing my mother’s place in West Hampstead. They were prompt, well organised, very conscientious and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend these guys.

George and Alina arrived as scheduled, reviewed the project, which was a full flat clearance, forwarded a price quotation and confirmed the date for clearance all within 24 hours.
George and Alina arrived exactly at the time agreed and with assistance from others cleared the flat efficiently and in good time. The team left the flat in a clean and tidy condition after first vacuuming and checking that everything was in order.
