I needed a house clearance quickly due to downsizing. I looked at a few companies but Just Clear had the better reviews. I rang and spoke to Leanne and told her what I needed removing and she contacted me not long after with a quote which was very reasonable so I booked a day which I ended up having to change and added extra items. Leanne was polite and helpful and changed the date and gave me a new quote. On the day of the removal the 2 guys who came were so friendly, patient and polite and did an amazing job of removing my items. What I thought would be an upsetting and stressful removal, as everything was what me and my late husband had accumulated over 20 years, ended up being a very non-stressful removal from the beginning right up to the last item being put on the truck. I highly recommend Just Clear 😊

Hello...I was faced with the need to remove furniture from my flat in London in a very short time frame so I called Just Clear and they managed to arrange a quote immediately and a removal date within 3-4 days. Very nice staff and very pleasant experience. The night before the removal, I was advised the planned van had to go for repairs and couldn't come however they arranged an alternative van and team the next morning with seamless efficiency. An truly excellent & professional service !

This is a very professional and well organised team.

Lisa asked for a video walk though, which I provided. She used this to arrange the size of the vehicle required. She was in regular contact helping arrange date and time.

The Clearance team used the video so they could arrange what to put into the van first.

Franky’s Clearance team were on time and cleared the house and garage in under 2 hours. Absolutely everything I needed taken away was.

I was so impressed with this company. Excellent service and communication from the start. I contacted them on the 18th June and spoke to Lisa. She was business like and friendly and the collection was made on the 19th.
The guys, I think it was Jack and Sam, arrived on Friday and removed the wood from an old shed. They were were pleasant, polite and respectful. I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I had a clearance pickup that needed collecting with minimum delay due to the hot weather. Leanne was diligent and timely in organising everything, Elliot and Jed came in their van, and the whole job was completed before lunch. Excellent service all round.

Without doubt a very professional company. David and his assistant arrived on time and dived straight into the removals. They were on the ball from the onset...they knew exactly what had to be done, no fuss. Both very amicable, jolly and experienced. Even the toughest job of removing old wall mounted kitchen cabinets were removed with aplomb. The flat was properly cleaned at the end...it look better than before. Would certainly recommend them to my friends. Well done to you both.

Jedah and Castos were professional, easy to work with and had a fantastic attitude even though we had a few heavy items we needed to be removed. (it was also pouring down with rain during the morning)

I spoke to Leanne via email and she was amazing throughout the whole booking process as i had some delays in getting payment over. She understood my situation and didn't pressure me and gave me time to sort everything out.
