Adam was brilliant from the very first contact made aftering finding out about the service he could provide us via Google. He responded well to initial questions was prompt with replies and when it came to clearance day he and the team were just great! They were tidy, conscientious and nothing was too much trouble (even the tricky sofas!). It was a clearance on the final items in our late parents property and they were all so respectful of the property. A delight to work with and wholeheartedly would recommend. Thank you!

Used Just Clear (Harrow) to clear my parents house. They'd lived there for 55 years, and accumulated far more than my brother and I could dream of using or manage to process.
Adam came and collected the keys from me, and I returned to my home, so I didn't meet anyone else from the team - but Adam himself was friendly and professional. Next door neighbours on both sides of the house were impressed at how the team got stuck in and worked - both families commented on this unprompted!

This company were absolutely great when we needed to clear my parents house. They had to move into a Care Home recently and there has been a ton of work to help them make the move. Adam came very promptly at a time to suit us to view the house and give a quote. he was great at keeping in touch, was very polite and friendly and gave us a good service at a stressful time. We are very pleased at the results and were pleasantly surprised that he sent us lots of photos to show the finished results- even of the garage, We are very grateful and can highly recommend them.

From the first contact with Adam, right up to the final items to be removed from the flat, the service was efficient, professional and friendly. As I live 200 miles away from the flat I needed to be sure that they would be there on time and complete the job that day. I had no cause to worry at all. They even helped me to load some items onto my own vehicle.
