Ordered a number of the family heart Keyrings and they came exactly on time...priduct was great. Unfortunately they had spelt one of the names incorrectly but I emailed them and they sent me a new one out the next day as I needed them for a special occasion. Brilliant service and great product...thank you.

Do not order off this company
I placed my order with them exactly 3 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I have tried to ring them on at least 9 occasions with no joy at all. They do not even answer the phone. I have messaged them the last 2 days and they have not even messaged me back. They took the money out of my bank 21 days ago. I am disgusted with them.
