Awful experience from these I ordered a present for someone beginning of February and paid for 72 hour delivery after a week I contacted them to ask about where it was as still not arrived so waited again and contacted to be told they would chase up and send another still nothing it’s now 4th March still nothing and they then tell me it’s been confirmed that it’s been delivered however it hasn’t so bad and will not be ordering from these again so disappointed at this

My daughter loved her pendant especially as it was personalised, Thankyou

Order something for Christmas was told there was an issue and that they would send it next day express shipping for no extra cost - they did and it arrived as promised. I am delighted with it and know the person I got it for will love it. Great communication

Great service ordered a few things and all great! Even had a curtesy text to make sure I had received goods. Would definitely order from them again

Ordered a gift from this site. 10 days later my order still hasn't been processed. Contacted the site using their form and never received a reply. Will be looking for a refund when the site comes back online and I can contact them. I wouldn't recommend this site at all.

Please do not buy anything from this company! I made an order on 16/09/19, no goods received, and I've sent 9 e-mails to chase for a refund with no luck.
I am now investigating via my card issuer to get a refund.

The item was less.only. 2chocolates was received worth rs.50.I have paid 540 rs.for 2chocolates.its not a worth.its only a cheating with customers.

No item received since 2 weeks now, no communication, website unavailable and emails bounced back, ruined birthday present, absolutely disgraceful.

Order a few gifts from this site and the service been excellent and the products are great

Very bad customer service. Waited forever to receive the journal for my granddaughter only for it to be inscribed wrong. I have emailed their customer service twice already just looking for a correct replacement but no response. I see on other reviews if you write something nice they respond. If it is negative there is no answer to the review. I hope I get a response soon!!!

ZERO rating - unfortunately as there is no option to select zero stars I will attribute the one star to the satisfaction I will gain from ensuring that feedback is provided on all media’s to illustrate the awful company and customer service.
A month of waiting for an order that had been placed with 24 hour delivery requested.
Three messages sent via the website and email, all of which were ignored. Followed by a return request (requesting replacement) a week ago, again ignored.
Although the item was less than £30 I at this point have a bee in the bonnet - how dare they ignore me 4 times!
Fortunately I paid via PayPal and therefore headed to the resolution centre, 3 messages ignored but hurrah one was responded to...badly and still no resolution. This has now been escalated to PayPal and I shall no doubt receive my refund in a matter of weeks.
Prior to making a purchase, ensure you have a back up gift available or order many months in advance to ensure you can get a refund or replacement when the first ordered is ignored, then ponder why the company or it’s affiliated company thepersolaisedfootballshop.com are not visible on companies house, I have helpfully flagged this. Then, as I did after two weeks of waiting for an item that was ordered with 24 hour delivery, head to eBay buy the bear for a fifth of the price and have embroidered locally.

Still awaiting part of an order I placed before Christmas. Last 2 e-mails have had no response. Unfortunately customer service and communication have been poor

I've been asked to review something I still haven't received, it's been nearly 3 weeks now, I've messaged alot with 1 response which was of no help to me, I'm still messaging for an explanation or a refund. I doubt I'll be seeing my purchase or a refund any time soon.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and arrived well packaged and great quality. Would highly recommend.

I ve only given 1 star would rather of rated them a BIG FAT ZERO would of been more appropriate but as you don't get opportunity to comment unless at least 1 star is given..I decided to take advantage of there discount deals but they are more hassle than they are worth took my money out on the 6th of may , by the end of may after e mailing them several times to no avail o find out where my goods were...I ve had to take it to PayPal...mentioned this to a friend and she had experienced the same thing !!! I m shocked that they are still in business...think twice before purchasing anything from this company !!!

STILL waiting for a refund for items that were never sent. Beyond a joke now. Ignoring my emails. So frustrating!

An appalling service; I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for a refund for items that I never received. When they operated under their previous name, I had no complaints but since becoming just-love-gifts their customer service has been atrocious and I will never use this company again. At the time of writing this I am still waiting for a refund.

Amazing products and always seem to come early too. (I'm not complaining though). Not the first time I have used them. And I will continue to use them.
