Had a split air con unit installed 4 years ago. This had stopped cooling and heating. Contacted Ben who came out within 2 days. All sorted within an hour of arriving. A quick prompt professional service.
I called to request a quote, but the person I spoke with was rude and aggressive. Based on this experience, I will not be using this company for any of our other properties.
Anyone thinking of installing air conditioning should seriously check this company and Ben out. First rate service and unbeatable price.
Very speedy visit for quote, competitive quote, very fair pricing, nice equipment installed, neat workers and nice people to have in my property. The only reason it's not five stars is sometimes post-quote communication was a bit tricky and delayed, which I guess was because they're very busy (which must be a good recommendation!), but that said, a discount was given because of the delay. So all round, what more could I ask for? Thank you, chaps.
