Really good quality kitchen cabinets at reasonable price

I was resigning my kitchen but using some existing appliances and worktops so the bespoke sizes were important. The design process and communication were excellent throughout. Delivery was made exactly on schedule, the units were perfectly constructed and everything fitted to the millimetre. Hight recommended.

From start to finish excellent care and support. We highly recommend Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch. It's a brilliant product and team of people too.
And the aftercare attention to detail and help is exceptional too.

Everyone was really helpful when we were deciding what we needed. When the units arrived they were very well made with proper joints. Our builder found them easy to fit. They received high praise from the man who sprayed them too and he knows a thing or two about kitchens.

Attention to detail, technical advice, accurate working drawings and highly professional service. We wanted a bespoke , premium fitted kitchen but the prices we were quoted by the well known national kitchen design companies (advertising in premium lifestyle magazines) were excessive. We recieved top quality cabinetry that allowed us to manage the installation and finishing ourselves for at least 50% less. Highly recommend

Fantastic quality kitchen looks and feels very expensive despite being very reasonably priced in the half price sale. No issues with delivery and all sizes etc were correct and easy to install.
The lead times are quite long so get your deposit in early and you don’t need to confirm exact sizes, designs etc until later in the process so you can make changes but would recommend having a good idea of what you want first as quite difficult designing over the phone etc. The design software isn’t as good as some other companies which had 3D walkthrough plans etc but as long as you have a good idea of what you want then it’s not an issue.
Looking forward to doing the next project and I just wish they would do bathroom units too!

I can't recommend Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch highly enough.
The ladies in the showroom were really helpful and informative when we visited but never pressurised us in any way.
I have never designed a room and, the thought of designing a kitchen was more than a little daunting. Michelle, our kitchen designer, was incredible! I felt fully supported every step of the way and she helped with the numerous questions I had. Even when we were close to signing the kitchen off, Michelle was happy to discuss tweaking it. I was never made to feel silly and nothing was too much trouble.
The quality of the kitchen units are second to none, it may be more expensive than some of the other companies but it was worth every penny.
Our kitchen was finished last July and I still have to pinch myself every time I walk into it. We now have the family and friends hub that I have always dreamed of.

Great quality kitchen and a lot of support with design choices!

What an awesome company to do business with. The whole design and development process was conducted with such professionalism and emails replied to promptly. The kitchen that arrived was gorgeous, well made and solid. I fitted it myself, but then I am an ardent DIYer, but I don't think it was difficult, and the results speak for themselves. The kitchen looks amazing and many people who have come to visit are so impressed with it. It is a joy to live with and cook in. I couldn't be happier.

Handmade Kitchen of Christchurch is a fantastic company and highly recommend. The whole process was easy and fairly simple. The delivery men were fantastic and we fitted and painted it ourself! We have had amazing feedback. The quality of the units is outstanding and now easy to touch up( busy life with kids and dogs mean accidents happen but with a bit of sand paper and paint it looks brand new!)

Great customer service at the showroom. Designer support was excellent and helped us through all the stages and made is stress free. Final kitchen is impressive, beautiful quality and at a reasonable price.

We are blown away by the quality of our kitchen. Yes the lead times are long, but planning a project like a kitchen remodel is never a quick process. Buying during one of the 50% sales ensures that costing is on par with some of the popular kitchen supply only companies, but the bespoke sizing and craftsmanship is out of this world, and the two really cannot be compared. Delivery was excellent too. My only criticism is that many of the kitchens in their online gallery are quite similar - large open spaces with big islands. It would be nice to have a few more quirky period properties featured to show how beautifully the cabinetry works in all spaces.

We chose Handmade Kitchens after seeing two examples in friends houses and hearing many great reviews. The quality and the choice, at the amazing prices they offer, are unparalleled. Super easy service to use and helpful staff along the way. Our kitchen cost less than mainstream brands but has a really high end quality and we could paint it the colour we really wanted. 100% recommend!

We're over the moon with our new kitchen. This was the second shaker style kitchen we have done in a period house and the experience couldn't have been better. Vicky and Ellie quickly got our vision and the extensive range/ability to adjust sizing meant we didn't have to compromise on anything. The quality is amazing for the price, we did our comparisons but it was a very easy choice for HMKCC. The cherry on top was the installation and painting. Ronnie, Carl and Levi know the kitchens and solved any issues before we had time to even ask. Not our usual experience! The only downside is the waiting time - but it makes sense - it's worth waiting for!

This is the second kitchen we have had built by the team at Handmade Kitchens of Christchurch. Throughout the entire process they have been helpful, efficient and on time. The combination of an online catalogue and a design consultant providing detailed plans makes selecting units straightforward. The workmanship is impeccable, and their prices are really reasonable for what is effectively a 'one off' kitchen tailored to fit our rather complicated kitchen. We can't rate them highly enough.
