Professional and reliable!

We were very happy with Junk Car Medic's prompt and courteous service! They were fast to respond to our car pick up request and we were paid cash! We will definitely call them again if the need arises!

Online quote request was easy

Online quote request was easy, I received emails & texts to keep me updated on status; driver called approximately 30 minutes before arrival with exact eta (within given time frame quoted). Both gentleman were pleasant, professional & were in and out. Great experience!

Flawless Process

Driver was on time and called like I was told. Process was almost flawless. I was skeptical at first with reading others “bad reviews”. Driver handed me a check, I handed over the title and keys and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day with out concern. Would highly recommend if you’re trying to sell off that old lawn ornament.

A Great Experience

Your team provides great communication, the transition to your partner (Peddle) was seamless, and the driver who acquired the SRX was very helpful. I did not have the necessary documentation properly completed; he helped finalize it with me before leaving.

Online offer wasn’t paid

The process was easy and convenient. But the driver paid me less than the online offer. He said the vehicle had an aftermarket catalytic converter and that’s not true. It was never replaced. That was disappointing so I probably wouldn’t use this company for my Buick.
