I found Junk Car Medics online, and I picked them because they had the easiest, most convenient, and fastest turnaround for an online quote. I was able to sell my junker immediately and schedule a pickup right away for ASAP, and they gave me the largest offer of any scrap sites, and they took care of everything for me. Would highly recommend, and will be using them again.

price and agreed to it, it was with Junk Car Medics who turned it over to Peddle who then turned it over to an auto salvage to "pickup". In fact the auto salvage company was buying it. Contracted pickup between 3pm to 8pm and a guy in a CAR not tow truck came at 11am! This guy was a scammer he claimed, without even looking under the car, just opening the hood (you can't see the part by opening the hood you have to look underneath) the catalytic converter was not original. I purchased the car new and never had it replaced, he lied....then tried to show a fake pic of another cars catalytic converter! Finally agreed it wasn't a second hand one, which means he knew he was lying. Guy then puts a tag on my car instead of towing it and it's still sitting in front of my house and I don't even have keys to move it because I gave him my keys when he paid me.

I am so pleased with junk car medics. I was able to get a quote online quickly. And the quote was almost double what other companies had offered. The online form was simple and easy to navigate. Once they made me an offer, it was just a matter of accepting the offer. I received a text almost immediately with the information on the company picking up the car. I was in contact with tow truck driver right away. Since he was picking it up from impound storage, I had to coordinate a time and was hoping it could be done by the end of the day. I didn't have to wait at all. He drove from Phoenix all the way to East Mesa as soon as we hung up the phone. I can't thank you guys enough for the excellent customer service and for helping me move forward and get closure on what had been a very stressful car accident situation. I highly recommend this company for anyone who appreciates excellent customer service and the best offer for buying junk cars!!!!!

Did not pick the car on the date that they said they will.

My offer was for $380 and was supposed to be made out to my mom. Well the tow truck driver said he could only give me $100 cash bc the catalytic converter was an aftermarket one. How would I know that? The part was on it so what does it matter? I got cheated by the tow truck driver.

Quote was given very quickly. Once we accepted offer the pick up was scheduled soon after. Driver was on time very professional and courteous.Would highly recommend.

I can't express enough how EASY it was to sell my 2007 Escape xlt to JunkCarMedics! I was searching online and came across their website. I figured, why not submit my info? Before I knew it, I was being offered a very fair price and after accepting the offer I was contacted by a local towing service and given a date to have the vehicle picked up. I was not pressured ( in fact I was contacted daily by JunkCarMedics by email & text so if I had any questions or decided to cancel it was easy to connect with them ).
The Towing Company arrived on time and checked my vehicle to ensure that my description of it online was correct. He was professional & polite.
I honestly was sad to see my car go BUT I know it will be recycled and THAT makes my day!

This is the first time using JunkCarMedics.com (Peddler), and were therefore a bit concerned about signing over the title before standing in front of the person with the check. It was very easy to reach people with questions, and that was reassuring. But it all went off without a glitch - tow truck driver arrived on time, and had a check for the agreed-upon price with him. Even got an emailed receipt documenting the transfer of the vehicle later the same day. We will definitely consider going this route again should we have a need in the future!

Paid Cash on spot !!! Forgot to take my plates off though before they took the car. I have to figure out how to get my plates back. Any Help?

I have not had a great experience. To start off none of the actual transaction is done through JunkCarMedics. It’s fine through a different company called Peddle. The day before, I setup my pickup for 11am-3pm the next day. The next day came and I never received any kind of call from the carrier. When I called Peddle for an update, they told me that they didn’t even show that I been assigned a carrier (even though I had a confirmation text). After calling the carrier company I found out that the request was canceled 10 minutes after I had scheduled it the day prior.

They gave me a quote, scheduled my pick up within 2 hours and paid me. I appreciate that I didn’t have to wait long

They paid me with a check and when i tried cashing it it didnt cleared . So they got my truck and kept the their money . That’s what I call scammers and crooks….
