I recently bought my new dream home and needed to arrange some urgent structural roof repairs, specifically a permanent vertical support for a sagging purlin, alongside some chimney work. Juniper Roofing Southern was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

I want to give a special thanks to Anita, who was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating when I needed to adjust the scope of the quotes based on my structural engineer's report. She made the whole booking process completely stress-free. The roofing team arrived exactly on time, were completely professional, and carried out the work exactly as agreed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services to anyone!

Juniper Roofing have just replaced our two valley gutters in lead. The leadwork is of exceptional quality including the need for lead burning and introducing an expansion joint all in line with guidance of the Lead Development Association. I had used Juniper previously to fix an issue with my roof, and contacted them again to repair the resulting water damage in my kitchen ceiling as insurance wouldn't cover it. The quote clearly detailed the work, and once we'd booked a date for work to commence, Darren came along and did the work to replace the damaged part of the ceiling over a few days. He kept me up to date on when he was coming to do work, and was tidy and respectful. Anita followed up with a phonecall to make sure I was happy with the work before sending the final invoice, as a company I feel that customer service and satisfaction really matters to them.

Despite the problems with the weather the company made every effort to complete the job before I went away. They also responded to queries quickly.
