STAY AWAY FROM JUMPMAN GAMING SITES!!!!!

every single jumpman gaming site is utterly diabolical, please please avoid at all costs, they will constantly reject all of your verification documents, if at any point you are actually verified, a few months later they will unverify you and make you do it all over again, despite receiving bonus offers and depositing correctly for the offers, most of the time you will NOT receive that offer, they have one method of customer contact and that is via email, which will take a week or longer to get a response that is if you are lucky enough to get one, I stupidly joined many of their sites and have had all of these same experiences on every single one of them so please people, spend your money elsewhere with far more transparent and honest gambling sites because I can promise you jumpman gaming are definitely not, they need thoroughly investigating as I suspect a lot of their practices are in fact illegal!!!!

Worst company on the market

Currently trying to get my withdrawal back. They have had basically every single document I own, bank statements from multiple banks, identification, letters etc . They have held my money for 2 months, they don’t respond to emails. I would say they are having financial issue and using players funds to fund their cash flow issues.

I’ve given them 24 hours to return my money otherwise I am taking this to the GC and any other action I can take. I am absolutely certain they are not allowed to do what they are doing. I don’t even think they have my money anymore to pay me back.

Avoid at all costs! You have been warned.

Looks like Jumpman reached a £500k…

Looks like Jumpman reached a £500k "settlement" with the GC in 2020 for non compliance.

"The regulatory review found failings in Jumpman’s processes which were aimed at preventing money laundering (ML) and promoting safer gambling by protecting vulnerable people. Evidence gathered during the compliance assessment and the subsequent review of the operating licence found Jumpman failed to comply with the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), specifically:"

Honestly the worst site around

Honestly the worst site around, Many sites under the Jumpman umbrella. You can win, but then submit lots of identification before withdrawing which can take days. After you withdraw, your accounts will become unverified again and you will need to submit more identification. This will happen every single time. They do NOT want to pay out.

Lots of bad reviews on here i dont get

Lots of bad reviews on here i dont get. Have played on many Jumpman Casino. Have won on a couple of sites, done exactly what is asked for ID and have had no issue's with getting paid. My only gripe is the WR of Bonus and the max win = the amount you have deposited (up to 250)

Thought I have to write a review as was…

Thought I have to write a review as was seriously spooked reading all the terrible reviews on here. I used spin hill which is part of this group. Lost a bit first time playing. Second time around won about £400 after depositing £400. I was asked for an awful lot of info for verification. First batch of info I sent over pretty much everything was rejected and I was like here we go based on all the terrible reviews. Ended up sending full bank statement in pdf, screenshots of PayPal in desktop format, card with middle 8 digits blocked out. After about 3 days in total all my docs were accepted. My withdrawal was then processed within 5 hours and funds arrived instantly into PayPal account.

I feel they are extra strict with verification and certainly wouldn’t want to be withdrawing a huge win from there, but can only judge on own experience and it wasn’t really too dissimilar to experiences I’ve had with other smaller casinos.

I think there are certainly better and safer casinos out there. But for anyone panicking, as long as you have the required docs and stick at it, you should get verified and paid your money.

Big Thunder Slots, this is an honest…

Big Thunder Slots, this is an honest review/opinion. To register is simple, within minutes depositing funds and playing slots. The issues start when you wish to withdraw funds, they asked for ID verification, even though I had deposited hundreds by then, fair enough evidence was provided, all rejected no reason given, I provided the same documents on three different occasions, then all of a sudden all accepted, the funds were then paid into my account four days later.
Please note whilst you have a pending withdrawal, they take away the withdraw function hence you cannot withdraw any more funds until they have cleared the pending funds, which is unfair as I wanted to withdraw more funds ,ended up spending them instead as the withdraw function had been removed, they charge a withdrawal fee.there is no live chat or any phone numbers, only means of contact is email, and all depends on whenever they respond.
My conclusion they have a good selection of slots, however this is purely a profit making exercise, controlling what and when you withdraw, removing withdraw function, charging a fee,and no immediate contact except email. Customers who join this site must read the reviews,it's only a matter of time before big Thunder Slots is shut down.
