Well what can I say apart from use another site..
Customer support..non existant when you need them...48 -72 hour wait..
Charge you £2.50 to withdraw your own money...other sites I play send your winnings to you for free and in just as quick time..
And to top it off, they have temporarily locked my account because.....they obviously know me and my circumstances and feel that my playing time is an issue for me!!!!!!....now I have funds that are just waiting to be collected but unable to retrieve it...
They are so clever in telling me what is best for me without even knowing me..
My advice is don't get caught up in this gaming site..there are many many sites that are run better than this...

P.s....I bet it takes upto 3-4 days for them to see this...

Been waiting a week for customer support to respond very poor communication

i have contacted gaming board.iv deposited a fair amount but on 28th march withdrew £100 and was asked for address id.iv sent council tax bill water bill government polling card and all been rejected.iv checked my acc and it shows address verified feb 23 and nov 23.i have been informed that they should not be asking for proof of address again untill a 3yr period or if a member moves home.
also the £2.50 to recieve your own winnings is a joke.iv played on many sites and no fee to withdraw and 2-4hrs to verify id.its 4 days since my withdrawal and still trying to recieve it.
i think i will just let gaming commission take over as they wont get away with it
just checked they have put winnings back into my acc so i have withdrawn again.i also sent them a pdf utility bill showing my address.

Deposited and tried to withdraw. Account not fully verified. They have a clear statement on their site that declares "you have the legal right to withdraw your cash balance in full at any time." Despite this, I sent proof of bill payment and had a message my acct is now fully verified. Deposited and played again and went to make another withdrawal and same again, acct not verified. I went to customer support and was told the acct verified message was sent in error. They then offered to sent me £37.97 back and asked I reply if I agree and say so. So I have and now they have gone silent and not responding and no money sent. I rang their tel no and its been cut off.

This company are not legit .UKGC Rule is clear in that you cannot stop someone withdrawing their cash claiming need for documents, that's part of every operators licalence agreement and these are breaching that and they don't care. I'm going to notify the UKGC about this and I warn everyone thinking of playing there, don't! Over 7 million revenue they have and stop players withdrawing £50 illegally. They are greedy and breaching their licence.

Update: today the complaints dpt responded after I screenshot this message above and told them this is now on trust pilot and I was going to challenge this through eCOGRA, their ADR and then notify The UKGC, they messaged me to say the refund, as small as it was, had been issued. I checked my bank and confirmed the funds were there the same day. Thank you for be small gesture. Case closed.

Absolute joke! I deposited over £200 on Rainbow Spins website and got lucky and won £1800. Now I have been in an email battle due to them rejecting my verification documents for me to withdraw my winnings.
No more email responses now apart from an automated 'Proof of Card Payment Rejected' even their Complaints department don't respond.
I'm not going to let this go, and will be escalating it to the CMA and Gaming Commission to get them shut down.

Won 1700 pound then I'd verification took 5 days only for them to say I've got a problem with gambling when I only deposited 20 pound and they took it on themselves to ban me avoid them I'm taken legal action because this is unfair so I wont drop anything until they pay me what I am owed

Same as all the other reviews. I won 1800 and they closed the account due to their " gambling concerns" now they won't reply. Pointless going to the UKGC or IBAS as ther are paid by these companies and will just agree with them regardless of what the issue is . This needs to looked into via the government. But they will not do anything due to the income to them ....SCAM.

£20 deposit. £20 bouns = £40 and not a win back at all 28mins play time, trying different stake amounts amd games. This whole scenario of honest depositing "customers" having to practically beg for their winnings has gone on for far too long. Myself, as an honest individual, has deposited a fair amount over many years. Almost, in every case, i have had to send numerous documentaion, all legitamite, over and over again. Now..in same situation, i have had enough. I have contacted the Martin Lewis show on ITV to consider investigating all these gaming sites, wherever based, and in which affiliates they produce new brand names regularly. Please contact me with your experiences. More so, if you have legitimate money which is yours as a depositing customer. Documentation seems to be the hurdle. There is thousands left unclaimed by customers. They will entice a customer with emails/calls/texts etc..with features. Won 2,700 last Friday all I D Needed I did not have any photo I d so thought it’s was going to be really difficult but after a few emails and sending my birth certificate and a selfie got my winnings today I was so worried after reading reviews but not a problem

Went to withdraw then the hoops started. ID was already verified. They asked to verify proof of address and bank card same done then all of a sudden ID need verification been at it for days still no joy. Really think they do every thing to keep your money and make the verification process impossible

I can only give 1 star because it doesn’t allow less it should be minus 20 star . I won 200 after depositing over a thousand no I D was excepted and they put balance back in account. Should not be trading stay well away from theese scammers

Thank goodness I didn't deposit a lot on this site. I'm waiting to withdraw £390 but my ID is never enough!! I'm expected to screenshot information from PayPal even though PayPal don't allow you to do this due to security issues. I've told them this but they won't /don't listen.

Been ignored on emails for 4days now I have two pending withdrawals that have been pending since last Friday 8th there is times I’ve had withdrawals in one hour and responses to emails in less than an hour also and now days and days pass with nothing!

They purposely use any obstacle they can to stop you withdrawing. I’ve verified my account numerous times but still everytime you want to withdraw they need documents. No live chat or phone line so takes days to sort. This company needs closing down!!!!

Is this a real Licensed Casino, Seriously??  I have created new account after I've spoted a conmercial web baner promo ofer so I have deposited £10 via debitcard  after 12h playing I won nearly £2000. Then next day first try to withdraw and here everything start.  On the begining  they ask me to  provide my ID and the rest of essensial photocopy's.  So on way to cash  my winning by next 3 days I have been trying to upload my documents, 100 time's unsucesfuly even with 50mp cam and turnedon additional lights in the room. Third day didnt want to stress anymore about it so I went my friend I ask him could I use His Iphone15 to do photos and upload to this website. After a couple time's upload was succesful. Then another 2 days for veryfication of it. Obviously balance on my cassino droped to £1200 To b honest that is joke how they do that. I cant belive that they are licensed company. Its much less but for first £10 deposited its pretty well. Its only £1175 cose obviously I carried on playing while dealing with this company played down nearly a £1000.
After I confirmed a sum of £1175 to withdraw by pressing ENTER They send me email from jumpmangaming.com start asking me a several question's about transaction's from my bank statement I have previously uloaded it tobthem as a proof of adress.  I heve recived email straightaway I have replyed to it with answear for sll questions. Then at next day, they just disabled my account for gaming. The reason it's  I could be  at risk of gambling harm, convenient as Im using my money. They that much worries  about my finances. At the moment its more then 7days after I won, still can login, but cant play and cant do any deposit. Its 4days after i have confirmed withdrawal by pressing ENTER and a sum of £1200 it's still as a balance on my cassino account. I literally don’t know what I could do with that? customer support are only via email comp autobot reply only.

If you don’t suffer with anxiety or mental health issues you will after dealing with this company. Have been depositing for months no wins, deposited this month £60 won £2400 then provided my ID. All accepted except mobile payments, so I carried on playing while dealing with this company played down to £1000. They then disabled my game play claiming I’m at risk of gambling harm, convenient as I played my money right down. They looked all through my bank statements which I provided for proof of address not proof of payment yet they blocked my account because of how I spend MY money. Which is I play two other sites laughable really, they won’t answer emails or verify my mobile payment ID. I literally don’t know what else to do, customer support are only via email never known a company like it, so please save your sanity and stay away!!!

Winbritish is a disgusting scam of a site. Takes my money wont pay out there is no option to withdraw I emailed them never reply just issue you a ticket number then ban me from playing for 24 hours and THEN they have disabled my games and say they have emailed me when they haven’t. Ive over £300 in my account and I think this is a scam site. You must avoid this site at all costs
