Return Label for Refuse Package
I'm really upset.
Julian-Fashion and FedEx Italy are failing to properly handle my Refuse Package.
Julian-Fashion Customer Support informed me that all return-related costs will be deducted from my refund on November 18, 2025.
Why haven't you issued a return label for my Refuse Package yet?

We understand your frustration and would like to clarify how refused shipments are handled. When a parcel is refused at delivery, the return process is managed directly by the carrier. In these cases, Julian Fashion does not issue a return label: the carrier automatically generates the return label and assigns a return tracking number, which is then communicated to us.
For this reason, the return shipment is unfortunately outside of our direct control, and we must wait for the carrier to complete the return and invoice any related costs. As previously communicated, all return-related charges billed to us by the carrier will be deducted from the refund once the parcel is received back in our warehouse.
We appreciate your patience during this process and remain available should you need further clarification.

For this reason, the shipping condition was not introduced after the order, but was part of the promotion’s conditions.

Julian provided me with a wrong item. I have sent back the wrong item and they don't want to refund me for the items that i never received!
I have been a loyal customer for years and this is the treatment that i receive.
