Damaged item and no response
I have ordered a Canada Goose hoodie in Spazio Pritelli shop via Farfetch on Feb’25 (order number F88U6T)
After receiving the order:
1) When I received the order I recognized the hoodie had a hole in a textile - unbelievable that shop didn’t check that before shipping
I complained the Farfetch for return and they approved the return
2) After I returned the hoodie via DHL, the parcel stuck in Italy customs since 29.04.2025 awaiting a “Return note from” the Spazio l, but no any action was done by Spazio even I texted them via email and instagram

After the customs deadline expired (Spazio didn’t provide documentation), the item was shipped to Netherlands to a Farfetch warehouse

Few months passed and I still have no clear vision about refund dates and have no item as well
I want my review to alert that shop to act asap and make a full refund!
