I have no idea where my order is however it’s marked as complete in the shop app! Haven’t received a card notifying me of any deliveries etc.
They say to contact them via tweet or email, but they they have never posted in their twitter page so … crap I paid for zero and they aren’t receptive as they don’t make themselves accessible. They are a cheap Shopify drop shipping site! A weekend hobby

I recently purchased a pair of Versace…
I recently purchased a pair of Versace loafers from Julian Fashion and overall the ordering/shipping experience was smooth. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the soles after only one wear.
For a luxury shoe at this price point, I did not expect the sole finish to peel/discolor so quickly after minimal use. The upper leather still looks almost brand new, which makes the sole wear even more surprising.
I am hoping customer service can review the issue and provide clarification or assistance. I expected better durability from a premium designer product.
