Everyone you talk to is always very helpful and understand what you are looking for. They always try to do the best deals for you taking out the stress of doing it yourself.

Amazingly friendly service from start to finish when I bumped my car last week. From the initial bump to taking my car to the body repair shop, getting the underwriter to start approval of my claim and sorting a hire car took LITERALLY less than an hour !! And...I've just got my car back, all damage repaired in less than a week ....UNBELIEVABLE !!! Thank you all so much for the fantastic team work with the repair shop and hire car company.

I usually deal with Suzanne Whatmore and I have always found her to be most helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. However, all the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, so whoever you deal with will give you the same fabulous customer service. If your thinking of using these as brokers, look elsewhere , the cover they will sign you up to won’t be worth a dam an d the companies they work with area liars and charlatans ( eg Ageas ) shop around as these will rob you
If you do need a claim they wont do a fat lot and you’ll find the policy you have doesn’t cover what you requested!!!!
